Good times dear Vapers!

I have read and seen with my own eyes that VG and PG leaves some thin layer on the glass from vapor. So i assume that same is happening with our lungs? Also, it is said that PG and VG become carcinogens at >250*C... so even if I will vape below 200*C - i am going to fill my lungs with layers of VG/PG, why is it stated that vaping is safe?

Thank you. I really liked vaping and it is hard for me to refuse from vaping, but I worry for my health even more

I smoke cigarettes too and i love the smoke just as it is, be it shisha, vaping or smoking. But due to "no" proof of lower risk in vaping, im thinking about quitting vaping and starting back smoking

Why are you telling us?
You are an adult. Do as you please.
However, "Proof" that smoking kills is abundant.
Pick any reason you like to justify your actions. YOU still made the decision.

Cheers

If you mean the carcinogens - i have read them in this forum, it is sticked to the top, just go back to where my topic is located and look upward

Sorry, I wasn't more specific. I was asking about where, when, and from whom you read about the vapor adhering in the lungs.

You got me wrong, I hope that some of you will prove me wrong so I can stay with you guys because I really like the taste of vapor :)
But again, if there is (considering that I vape 10ml in 1-2 hours) much carcinogens, "layers" that lays down in lungs then I cannot keep vaping

Not sure what you require "for proof" beyond the published data demonstrating vaping is safer than smoking. There are public position papers the UK Royal College of Physicians and the recent public recognition by the US FDA that vaping is a form of harm reduction in comparison to smoking. As I assume you are an adult and if that's insufficient "proof" by your standards, you are free to make your own choices and return to smoking if you prefer.

The comments? Sorry, but comments are opinionated not actual proof. "Sticky" was the wrong term that was used, it was used to compare the addiction/dependency related to smoking or vaping.
But your a legal adult as we all are and determine which path to follow.
Regardless, I wish you the best.[emoji106]

    No you can't
Would you rather be smoking cigs than vaping.

We all know we were addicted, We all wanted to quit but found it hard to accomplish. Then one day we all discovered vaping - guess what happened next.

Depending where you live most likely it can be shown that the air your breathing or water your drinking is harming you - so.

We don't live in a perfect world. If you want perfection you'll have to move elsewhere.

If you are vaping 10ml in 1-2 hours, you could lower any risk you perceive by cutting down your liquid consumption. Increasing the nic level of what you vape should help you scale back your liquid intake, which seems unusually high.

If you are serious about moving from the known killer that smoking is, finding the information to show vaping is drastically safer is easy.

If you are looking for an excuse to continue smoking, focus on the minimal risk in vaping and keep smoking.

You have collected "information" and presumed it to be 100% correct and accurate.
Knowledge doesn't come from Reddit, nor from anywhere. Information is provided.
We weight the source and age of the information and decide how useful it is.
We then decide how it fits into the big picture.
Dig deeper, continue to collect information and see where it fits.

    Cheers

Without a doubt vaping is harmful. Unsurprisingly, inhaling anything into the lungs other than air is harmful.
All you have to do now is determine your comfort level with the different levels of harm.
Vaping is considered to be less harmful than smoking but not proven to be harm free. Personally for me, after reading all i can on the potential harms from vaping i am happy to vape. Not so for smoking or, indeed, breathing any solid matter into my lungs regardless of source.
    But that's just me.....
Good luck to you whatever you decide.
