Can you afford a trip to Thailand?

A lot of people go there for 'dental tourism' as it's a lot cheaper there and is actually pretty reliable.

Korea also.

In Korea wisdom tooth removal plus 3 follow up procedures / visits to dress, clean re-dress etc was 30 USD in total. I had 50% health insurance (Was and ESL teacher there) so for you it would be about 60 usd. Maybe with the return flight and there are lots of 30 dollar a night motels which are really nice - you might still save a lot of money.

If you can't afford the flight I guess I'm being a bit of a prat, and apologize for any embarrassment, but I've been poor before myself so I kinda feel I can comment...

I think I vape more then I smoked but I don't have all the desperate urges I had as a smoker example if I went out I would have a ... before I left then walk to my bus stop have a ... then catch the bus and when I get off have a ... I had to have a ... before and after every thing I did. Now I can do all the above but only have a vape when I get off the bus i definitively think all the other chemicals contributed to my gagging for a ... not just the nic.

My biggest hurdle was the first smoke in the morning. For a while my brain thought it needed that jump start of nicotine in the morning and then I was fine. One Saturday mid morning I realized that I never had a cigarette; I stopped smoking that day.

As far as patterns, I have noticed a couple of changes. Aside from the morning smoke I also would "need" a smoke mid movie/meeting. With vaping, I can easily make it through a 3 hour movie or morning meeting and not even think about it. I also get up in the morning and don't feel the need for nicotine right away, I sometimes don't even put my gear together until my second cup of coffee.

It must be the way nicotine is absorbed into the blood stream.

my patterns changed completely. I used to smoke 2 analogs with my morning coffee then take a smoke break every hour for the whole work day. I always smoked on the car. now that i vape i take my coffee inside and start chain vaping until lunch (I don't vape on those 2 hours lunch time) the again with the chain vaping until out of work in the evening I take one vape at the time every half an hour or so

Korea also.
My wife's mother and father use a dentist in Tijuana, Mexico.
They used to live in Rosarito Beach during the summer and this dentist is well-respected among the Americans who live there.

A flight to Mexico might be a lot cheaper than Thailand or Korea.
Although I'm not sure how you would find a trusted dentist with a solid reputation unless you wanted to go to Tijuana.

But I'd be happy to try and act as a go-between if you want to explore the possibility.

After my morning vape, I'm pretty much like clockwork... Once an hour. I can sometimes stretch that out to 2 hours, but that's cutting it.

I have noticed I can stretch out the time between when I wake up and my morning vape. But I could also do that on analogs, so long as I was being a lazy sob and stayed in bed. :D

Used to be, I wanted a cigarette within an hour of waking. Now, it can be anywhere from 8 to 13 hours or so before I reach for my vape. And I'm not vaping nearly as often as I would wander outside for a cig either. I go through less than 4 ml in two weeks and a single battery charge on one 18650 lasts me about 10 days... A pack of cigarettes used to last me about 2 days..

So yeah, a big change for me.

Oh I know I need to see one, just don't have the 1,000 to fix the problems they want and due to the horrid almost life threatening experience with the discounted state dentist I refuse to go back to them. Know of any type of mouth wash that might help lessen the aches perhaps?

Try sensodyne, they make toothpaste specifically for sensitive teeth and a daily repair one that's supposed to help as well...Could be the enamel on your teeth is a little thin?

You might also check out the schools in your area to see if there is a dental school. They may offer services at a discount. Don't be put off by students doing the work, it's all overseen and supervised by experienced dentists.

Since i bought my v2 about a month ago i would puff whenever i wanted, but would still want a cig at some point during the day. I work as a kitchen manager in a restaurant and if you ever worked in one you would know its a stressful job, but we get smoke breaks to cope, so i would alternate between vaping and smoking. Eventually i cut to just half a cig each time.

Then i got my ego last weekend. Im 2 days free from smoke and loving it! Now i just use it like i would a cig, maybe more because I don't feel guilty about it.

On an unrelated subject, could peoples problem converting with a cigalike be because it looks to much like the real thing? Maybe it makes them want a real one because it "feels" like the real thing?

My dentist said that cigarette smoke constricts blood flow so when you stop the blood returns to your gums. This is good and will help heal your gums, but they may bleed more. He said brush often and gently it would get better in time. He is a good guy... he has been working on some long needed crowns so I've seen him several times in the past few weeks. He always encourages me to vape instead of smoke and asks if I've found any awesome flavors yet. Mtbaker vapors hawk juice is awesome. I read reviews and don't always like what is recommended but Hawk juice is really good.
