i got the answer about the Glycerin USP from shoppers :D i contacted the RW packaging, and they said this:

Thank you for the inquiry. Yes as per the label claim, our Glycerine is 99% and is sourced from naturally occurring vegetable oils. It is gluten free and has no GMO.

The allergens, if there are any, are removed during processing.

Please feel free to contact us again if you have further questions.

Thank you and have a nice day.

There are some who use the glycerin off the shelf like that and the walmart stuff also. I have never personally used it but the only problem I see is the price. Ask at a pharmacy at the grocery store about VG and PG. I can get PG and VG for @16 bucks a liter at my grocery store pharmacy, 2 day wait and no shipping charge.

I get my VG & PG at the Shoppers :) It's USP & has never been a problem for me.
I'v been using it for 3 years now :) I never found it necessary to buy huge quantities of VG PG, when I can get fresh stuff at the Shoppers any time I'm there :)
BTW at my Shoppers PG is a special order, I have to ask for it at the the pharmacy counter & it takes a day or 2 to come in.
