I do believe that cig paper is or was rice paper; but your first sentence in that post was from an article about smoking and smoke inhalation.

That's the great thing about vaping now, it seems there's often something new to try. If you've found your sweet spot you're good to go; if not, something new is bound to be just around the corner.

Yes Sir it is. I also stated that the cotton wick is not smoked, but would not be safe on a dry hit. People were complaining about weird feelings from it, and I had to check if burning cotton is dangerous. And it is.

Well of course it is, breathing in the products of any combustion is dangerous, just look at what we switched to vaping from. Yet the chances of any great harm coming from using cotton as a wick isn't any more than using SS mesh or any other material when used properly.
