Chimmortalizer.

My ADV of Island tobacco (SC @ 2%) + Pineapple (SC @ 1%) + Coconut (SC @ 1%) did not get better by adding TFA Jamaican Rum. YMMV, of course.

The original recipe was sent to an ECF friend that also liked it enough to start DIY and purchase some VZ SC's.

That's another good name for our clones lol. I've been calling mine the immortaclone from where another member called it that.

I think I'm going to try the island tobacco on my next order and maybe some of the vanilla rum. I think I'll be able to get full use of my raisin rum but it's just that I'm not always in the mood for that type of inhancements. I'm more in to vanillas, caramels, nuts, chocolates and so on.

That does sound good. Ok, cherry just went on the list too. Hurry up and report, will ya? :vapor: So many good flavors, so little time lol.

On the raisin rum, eJuice Me Up tells me that 4 drops per 10ml is 1%, but that's with my drops set to 40 drops equals 1 ml. I think 40 drops per ml is about right because I carefully measured that from the cigar when I first got it. Since they're all alcohol based I don't think they would vary in viscosity all that much. I don't think I'm going to add it the the french pipe though. I'm going to wait and try it with one of the cig flavors I have.

There were a lot of very positive reviews (all 5 stars) for the VZ-SC Cherry on VZ's site so I feel safe in saying go for it.

I went with

Hangsen RY1 @ 3%
VZ-SC Rum Raisin @ 2%

It might end up being really sweet, but someone wants me to make a very sweet Tobacco.

Yep, depending on personal tastes I'd say somewhere between .5% to 2% would work. At 2% I'm going to predict the rum raisin will dominate but that might be perfect for them.

I've pushed the french pipe aside again and broke out the virginia flue cured. It's a straight mix with nothing added and it's very good. I could vape this all day easy, plus I'm thinking it'll make a great base for some of my ry4 type mixes as well.

Hi everyone:) I haven't been on ECF for several months and in particular had put a "hold" on my DIYing too. However, this morning I placed an order at VZ for some supplies and 3 flavors that I don't have yet in the Super Concentrated alcohol based line: Vanilla, Cherry Cigar and Choc. Coffee. Already got an update that my order has shipped. I'm so stoked to get back into DIYing :D

attempting to make a chocolate mint flavor ,I have the chocolate down .. I tried LorAnn Peppermint .. whoaaa! It is very strong 1 drop is almost too much ! If you like menthol try this peppermint !

I used the TFA Peppermint in my choc mint recipe, and it works fantastic.
It doesn't have any menthol taste to it.
When I make 15ml, I add one drop menthol and it's perfect, but I can't add it when I make a smaller batch .. to much.
That one drop makes it taste like Ande's ...yummy

Hey everyone I haven't actually posted in about maybe a month or a little longer I have been making my flavors so far the only one I haven't messed with is the Shisha Hooka flavor which I still don't know what to do with haha.

Wanted to ask I have tried adding cream to a couple of flavors like fruit flavors and even a tobacco flavor but I'm not getting much love from the cream aspect to make the flavor pop in any other way. Idk just voicing opinion here any suggestions welcome of course.

Now to the good... So who doesn't like dragon fruit? One of my favorite flavors by far but I think the blackberry trumps it, such a nice vape I can't get over how awesome it is.

Green apple is among the top 3 I must add because it's such a sweet and nice vape it's something you must!!!! Try. I vape green apple and blackberry the most though.

I have a bunch of other flavors but haven't Vaped them too much. I am very interested in mixing my flavors but a little skeptical on how to go about it. I usually make 6 ml of liq to carry with me which my mixes are almost always 70% VG 30% PG with 10-12mg of nic. Now for the flavor I usually use 2% flavor which is by my calculator resulting a 6ml bottle 0.1ml of flavor. Sometimes I add a line extra of flavor but that's usually my mix.

Let me know if you have tried these flavors and by the way I also bought dark plum recently and made it for a friend and he loved it. I have yet to try it since I was waiting on some tanks. Thanks guys I'll post again soon got some questions.

If anyone can help or offer advice on how to mic flavors that would be awesome kinda drawing a blank I'm thinking half the dose for both flavors depending on the bottle size but idk

I mix blackberry and walnut with a light tobacco, and I like that.
It's smooth, with a light TH, and the blackberry is the up front flavor.
It's more fruit than tobacco, but it really changes the blackberry.

I also like adding caramel to the apple.
You could add some cinnamon roll or danish for a "fritter" type flavor.

There are tons of recipes out there, you just have to find some that sound good to you.
This is a site that you can enter the flavors you have on hand, and it will create a recipe for you
It also already has a bunch of recipes you can look at

e-Liquid Calculator

Have fun with your "science lab"

Depends on what flavors and how prominently each one represents itself in your final mix. If you're only mixing two, you can start by trying them 50/50. Sample and adjust your ratio as needed for batch #2. If the flavors work well together, you should find a good balance pretty quickly.

Flavorings have a tendency to behave unpredictably when you start mixing them even if it seems as though they should work well together. Certain elements of one flavoring (sweetness, tartness, creaminess, etc.) may become muted, masked, or even enhanced when you add a second. Keep your test batches small and leave out the nic to ensure you don't run across any nasty surprises.

If you're very thorough, you will be able to use this peculiarity to your advantage. For example, I had a flavoring that I liked, but it left an unpleasantly bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I used a different flavoring that was more prominent on the exhale than the draw to mask the bitterness from the first without overpowering it and ended up with the start of a really tasty recipe.

Once you start mixing 3, 4, 5, and more flavors is when the real fun begins. :w00t:

VZ Wild Berries SCG is super strong.
I had to really dilute it, as it tasted "spicy"
I don't think it tastes like any berries I know of .. even diluted
Has a funny 'spice" taste to me.
I won't be using much of this stuff.

The VZ Sweet Cherry SCG is really good.
I mixed it with White Chocolate, didn't add or need any sweetener, and i'm lov'in it.
That recipe is in my "keeper" file.
Now I'm thinking cherry cheese cake, cherry cola, cherry malt, cherry pound cake and pie, etc etc.

Today it was the VZ Coffee Mocha SCG and it's good.

I didn't add anything to it (yet), as I wanted to find out what it taste like on it's own.
I mixed it at 1%
Now that I know what it tastes like by it's self, I may try adding chocolate, or a cream, or some malt, maybe brandy or kaluha, etc.
Also, I really like that at 3 wks old, it's almost as clear as water, which means no clogging

It's hard to find a good coffee, but if you like coffee, this one's a "keeper"

Which one would be your all time favorite?

I like many Johnny---sorry haven't posted in the forum in a bit. Favorites from the SC line are probably at this point-- Island Tobacco for uniqueness, Black Cigar and Old Captain because thats the similar family of cigarish flavors I like and pretty much every Gourmet flavor I have tried---Vanilla Spongecake, Caramel, all the tobaccos particularly Yuco and Chocolate Truffle.

Back to the SC's-- the one I use the most since I ever wrote my first review is the SC Chocolate added to others. If you try more let us know what you think feel free to add your thoughts.

I would like to say thanks to all in this thread for the GREAT reviews. I have been mixing a few DIY flavors but geting really frustrated with having to mix at 10 - 15% on my flavors. This starts adding up fast. I am wondering if the VZ-SC is concentrated or if you are using the super concentrated line of flavors? And what US cleaner are people using to speed up steeping? I have looked but most of the small ones have a 3-5 min shut off. Thanks for all the help.
