I'm looking for some advice or opinions here. First batch of DIY liquid ordered today from vapingzone. Below are the flavors i have coming and have ordered some based on reveiws here and some just for personal preference. Let me know what you all think... So I can have a gameplan for when they arrive. :vapor:

Green Apple - SC
Black Cigar - SC
Island tobacco - SC
Irish Cream - SC Gourmet

I ordered a few flavors and would like feedback on the SC Blackberry and Peach. I mixed 10ml at 2.5% and ran them through a couple heated UC cycles. The Blackberry seems fairly strong and the peach seems weak. Both seem to need a little enhancement of some kind.

Does anyone mix higher and/or add flavor enhancers?

The Black Cigar and the French Pipe are delicious. Yummy. Any suggestions on how to make the most of those are welcome as well. :)

Thanks in advance, y'all.

The black cigar and french pipe are both highly flavored for me. I don't vape non tobacco very much but I would try 3% just to see if it is to your liking
I don't think I've mentioned this before, but I hear Grover's voice in my head when I read your posts. It's a mind trick!! :D

For SC Blackberry, I use:
1 drop per 5 ml of Tart & Sour
1-2 drops per 10 ml of Koolada.
Ethyl Malitol @ 0.75%

Sometimes I'll also add in a few drops (per ml) of non-SC graham cracker with 1 drop/10ml of AP.
Sometimes I'll add around 2% of a non-SC raspberry.
Sometimes I'll mix the finished liquid at 80/20 with a pre-mixed Pie Crust juice.
Sometimes I do all of the above. :)

Some variation of VZ's SC Blackberry is within my arm's reach at all times, hands down it's my favorite juice in my rotation.

For Black Cigar, I use:
VZ Black Cigar 2.25%
Ethyl Malitol 1%
VZ SC Chocolate 1%
VZ SC Cream 0.5%
plus 1 drop of ACV per 10 ml.

For the SC Peach, well... I haven't put a lot of effort into this one as a stand-alone. I mix it with the VZ SC Green Tea (either with peach as the only fruit, or combined with lemon & dragonfruit) and it's really good.

Update on the BB and the Peach- both scrumptious with the suggested additions. I made a 30 ml bottle of the BB and now I'm going to the same with the peach. Now that I've developed an interest in tobacco flavorings, I'd like mix some with fruit.

I have Black Cigar, French Pipe and these from other vendors: Virginia , Maxx, 555, Virginia Flue-cured, Royal, RY4-1 and double, Commercial Type, Black Honey Tobacco. I have only tried the BC, FP, RY4 and the 555 and BHT (these last two in RY4 mixes).

Any suggestions? As always, thank you in advance.

I haven't tried it yet, but Black Cigar + SC Cherry is on my list of "mixes I need to make". Seems like it would be good. Also, unrelated to VZ, I had a sample once from a vendor of a peach-lemon tobacco and it was pretty tasty.

Black Cigar, and French Pipe with a bit of Real Cig added, both are really great with TPA's Black Cherry, just a drop or three. Haven't tried the VZ Cherry yet, but I might order some next time I pass a command.
Don't know when that'll be, as at 3% a bottle of 5ml or 10ml goes a helluva long way. We are 2 to vape, but my co-vaper prefers Sam Mint or tobacco flavours, straight. A drop of custard, or spices, at the limit my Caramel, Vanilla, Cream and Coconut, mixed in, in small quantities, but nothing more exotic. So I'm alone to vape the major party of anything other than baccy flavours. At 3% as I use most of the VZ's that makes 180ml +/- 5 or 10 mls, which multiplied by all the flavours I have from there...is a hell of a lot of juice... :D
All that to say I don't know when I'll need some more...;)

So I've tried all my flavors and I can honestly say not one has been disappointing. Some better than others of course, and to my surprise the Irish Cream from the Gourmet line is my favorite that I received. At first it was 'eh this is okay', good flavor, and real smooth vape. Not much on the throat hit mixed at 50/50 at 12mg of nic. I went with 3% on the flavor inspite of hearing I should start with 1% due to it being gourmet. Honestly one percent just didn't feel like it would be enough, so I went on and added more. lol. Now that it has steeped for two weeks, the flavor has came out tremendously. The sweetness of this juice is fantastic and I start my day vaping this one due to the smooth nature of the vape. I haven't heard much of this juice mentioned throughout the thread so I figured I'd give my two cents worth. Did the hot water trick for speeping up the steep time and tested on RDA for taste. Then went straight to vivi nova.

I do like Island tobacco and Black Cigar as many others can agree on. Add a touch of cream to these flavors and waalah, easy all day vapes.

Nothing wrong with going with 3% if it works for you. One percent is a good starting point for most. Thats the advantage of diy....it's what works for you..... good job

Glad to hear you are liking the flavors you bought! :toast:
