Four more questions (I know, but humor me). What kind of coil? What resistance coil? Did you prime the coil? Does the vape taste OK despite it feeling warm?
The flavour tastes fine no burnt or harsh hits it just gets fairly hot quickly it's an isub coil 0.5 ohms came with the device and I do insure that liquid has got to the coil to prevent dry hit

If you chain vape any coil will get hot. A 0.5 ohm coil should be OK at 30W, although if you're concerned you can dial it down a bit. At least you know you're not scorching your coil if you're getting a decent vape. How big is the tank on that?
Yeah true I think the metal talk conducts the heat to make it feel worse but the vapes fine and it's a 4.5 ml isub tank came all in one with the cortex 3300 mAh battery

There are a few things you can do if it's getting too hot. Firstly though, understand that putting 30 watts into a couple inches of thin wire to vapourize liquid is gonna create quite a bit of heat.

1. Longer rest time between hits will allow it to cool.
2. Lower wattage.
3. Consider a second device to rotate through to reduce the heat on any one unit.
4. Higher nic level so you need less hits to get your fix.

Cheers.

I will note all them and rake them into consideration, thanks for the advice much appreciated

Curious on another thing. When you say the tank is hot, typically I never touch mine on top of the mod, other than the drip tip. Is that what's getting hot, and is it a metal drip tip? You could swap for a Delrin tip from another tank (if you have one) which will conduct less heat to your lips.

Its the bottom part where the air flow is which is where the coil is located inside
