Okay, I’m just worried that It will hurt my running in anyway. I know ppl exercise and smoke. I’m also kinda built as a runner. Im sure I will be fine but Overthinking it.
If you've started vaping without being a smoker then my advice is to stop. There's just no need to vape. It won't have much if any effect on your fitness and running but why do it when it's not necessary.
