Our Story
My background is 16+ years of online retail, with the majority of my efforts spent on (well-known) international fashion brands. Approaching age 40, I knew I wanted a life change. A way out of the "corporate game." A way to genuinely help people. I wanted to "give back" on the backside of life . . . and an idea was born - VapingME.
I began work on VapingME in late Nov 2011, with the idea of an online store that was a) easy to use, b) carried only products with integrity, and c) provided the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. With a very limited selection of product, our store (soft) launched in April of 2012, and by the end of 2012, our juice and product assortment increased greatly, and we were simply floored by the vaping community embracing us with such open arms! To this day, we are honored by consumers who choose to shop with us. So, many of you know us, or of us - but MANY of you do not!
Why Shop With VapingME?
- First, Second, and Third - The customer comes first. Period. That customer's investment with us is their hard-earned money spent towards their health. We are honored to be a part of your changing lifestyle. Humbled. If something is wrong / defective with any product you purchase from us, we take your word for it. Complex ticket systems - none. Return an item before we ship you a new one? We don't play games like that - you NEED your hardware.
- No "Games" - As an online consumer of vaping supplies in the past, I couldn't believe the amount of complexity that was involved in getting started with even the simplest of eGo setups. Discount codes changing daily. Points programs. Why make things complex, at all? Instead of "playing games," we lay out all of our cards at once - ONE 10%-off discount code (ECF), no expiration, and FREE US shipping for orders $30 and above. As we move to sale-mode from time to time, the discount code stays the same - but the % off goes UP. Seriously, does it get any easier?
- Product Integrity - I will not sell anything to the public that I have not tried myself, for at least one week, and feel that it deserves a place within our product selection. Our goods perform, period. We could take the approach to carry "everything" (lol) like so many sites do, but our approach is a bit different - carry things that work. In addition, I try to provide as many personal and realistic reviews of my experience within the product details of every new product that we add to the site.
- Product Integration - Every product sold on our site works with other products on our site. Meaning, you can start with a simple eGo battery and CE4 if you wish, then "upgrade" later to a Innokin or Kanger clearomizer when you want to step up. From there, the customer can upgrade to a new VW battery / mod, and still use the last clearomizer they bought. See where I'm going here?
- Product Selection - We cater to what I call "converts," rather than the "enthusiasts." I am part of "enthusiast community," but for the most part - our site serves the masses. One of the first things to notice on our homepage is the link to our "Getting Started With Vaping" guide. An easy-to-understand guide for people interested in their first step into this fantastic world of alternative nicotine delivery solutions.
- "BAUS eLixer" - One of our largest and most proud accomplishments, by far. Our juice is produced in-house, 6 days / week, and each bottle is made individually. That's right, zero "batching." We like to think of it as the difference between frozen canned orange juice vs. freshly squeezed. Our nicotine base is from the US (thank you RTS), our flavors contain none of the "bad" ingredients, and our mix is at an even 50 /50 ratio.
