I placed an order with vaping me.com on Mon Apr. 8 for some Kanger Evods and was pleasantly surprized to have received my order only 4 days later. One of the Evods I had ordered was in the color red, as red is my favorite color it's the first one I grabbed to start using. Unfortunately I had opened it before I realized it wasn't an Evod but a Kanger MT3. On Sat. I sent them an email explaining everything in hopes that I could exchange the MT3 for the Evod. I wasn't very optimistic because VapingMe has an "unopened policy". I received a reply from Matthew at VapingMe on Sun afternoon. Being the weekend I really didn't expect to hear anything until Mon. or later. In his reply Matthew thanked ME and proceeded to tell me to keep the MT3 and that he would send an Evod out to me. I am very impressed and I highly recommend VapingMe, they have good prices (I'm a shopper), speedy delivery and exceptional customer service !!!

I was looking for the best price on a couple of eGo-C Twists and came across vapingme. THey had the best price, so I decided to give them a shot. I ordered 2 twists and 2 stardusts. I was, unfortunately, disappointed to receive only part of my order. I got the 2 eGo-C twists, but no sign of the stardusts! I did get a Pokemon card though...

Anyway, that was on April 24. I got the order the following Monday, which isn't bad, but it was incomplete.

I have sent multiple emails, made multiple unanswered phone calls, and left multiple unreturned voice mails. No response.

The Stardusts were on sale, so it's only $7. Nonetheless, I got robbed.

Just wanted to add my experience in case someone else comes looking. I cannot recommend vapingme.

They are a very small company, it happened once to me on a large order. They will ship it out ASAP, soon as they get your email. It can take them a couple days to reply though. So far I have been very pleased with them and the way they handle things. I got some lame winger card though and a couple dinosaur cards lol

I have no problem recommending them to anyone. Any company can make a mistake, it's all about how they handle it.

I searched "reviews of Suppliers - Negative" and you seem to be the only one that has a complaint about vapingme. I wouldn't be surprised if in the end it all works out and you receive your stardusts.

I will continue to use vapingme.

Vapingme is a nice site for Kanger products. He seems to have stock usually and their prices are generally very good.

Bought T2 + T3 replacement heads there months ago, their price was the best I could find at the time. CS + ship time were good also. A recommend from me too.
