Vapingzone.com just taught a course in customer service!

I ordered 2 bottle of concentrated flavoring from vapingzone a week ago. Shipping is $5 flat, which is not crazy but more than some, but I really wanted to try their extra-concentrated flavors. USPS tracking showed "attempted delivery, note left" on the 16th. When I got home there was no note. I went to the post office on Monday, no package. Was told it must be out for redelivery. It was not redelivered. Went to post office Tues, Wed, and Thursday morning to retrieve package. They have no idea where it is and apparently have no means of contacting the carrier??? Anyway, long story short, vapingzone.com contacted the post office and was told the package was on location. I confirmed with vapingzone.com again this morning that they still do not have it. At my wits end, $20 in the hole, no insurance, no one but me being libel, vapingzone EXCEEDED my expectations, went above and beyond by reshipping my order free of charge. That is stellar customer service!! Thanks, Vapingzone.com!
