WOW snails move faster that these people. I have purchased 1 time from these folks. I purchased several items at once and received low quality junk on all items. The pass-through battery I received did not work even once out of the package. The button was smashed into the body. I sent a message to see what I needed to do to have it corrected. I had already made up my mind to not bother with a replacement. I simply wanted my money back and at a minimum at least a credit. It took 3 days for a response and I replied and again another 3 days for the next response. I asked if they checked their products before they sent them out. I was told they checked them before they packaged to ship. I explained that well someone must not be doing their job because there was no way to miss this. Of course there was the back and forth about how I might be the problem and just not know how to use it.

I received a number from them to ship it back. I went to fed-ex and sent it off. The very same day I had a repair return to TW. It went out via regular mail and they received it in 3 days. TW did their testing fixed the problem and sent me 2 18650 batteries for free because of the trouble. Well I have received my stuff back from TW almost a week ago and was extremely satisfied and very happy. Just today I finally get a response from Vapingzone.com with a gift certificate that I have to use to buy more of their crappy products. I do thank them for at the least giving me credit. So to end this, once I am finished getting my money spent I will most likely never use them again.

1. We test EVERY battery we ship by turning on and off.

If you will look at the emails below, we responded to the customer within 6 minutes of his initial contact with us through our support email address

It took the customer 6 days to respond to our email. We issued the customer an RMA# on the 21st, the same day that we received his email.
We received the customer's battery on 26th in the latter part of the day.
On the 27th the package was opened, we tested the battery and the button had been mashed all of the way in, not the same condition that we shipped it in, on the 30th we issued a credit to the customer as requested by the customer.

We do not see where we fell short in our customer service and hope that anyone reading this post will judge it for themselves.
