Has anyone ordered from vaporcig.com and actually taken advantage of the lifetime warranty on their atomizers? (or the 6 month warranty on their batteries?)

If so, i'd like to know if this really is really legit & problem-free because it seems unbelievable that anyone could give a lifetime warranty on atomizers -because, as we all know, that should present a great loss to their company & require a fulltime staff just to handle all the customers needing replacment atomizers every few weeks (which is inevitable, right?).

It sounds too good to be true, but my finger is already on the "ORDER" button and i'm afraid i will not be able to contain myself much longer....:p

If you buy in bulk from china, you could replace them easily and for cheap, atomizers only cost 2 bucks to make then a buck or so to move and store. The actual cost of them is like 4-5 bucks or less in bulk.

Yeah you gotta spend 1000 bucks and pay shipping but thats why they are a store and supplier.

This could be done with large atomizer bulk orders and a business loan, or just some money.

I don't think its impossible it would just take some good business planning.

Yeah it does sound to good to be true. I would read the fine print. Some companies tell you not to drip or else it will void the warranty. Either way, how do they know if you drip or not? I remember reading somewhere on the old American forum that a supplier did mention on a thread that they can tell if you dripped or not. It's either that or they have a really great atomizer and can back it up with the lifetime warranty or have a really cheap ... one whereas they can afford to offer the lifetime warranty.

Just checked out their site. Holy ...., their atomizers are $34.95 each!!

As far as dripping on the atomizer fine print issue, I found this under their e-liquid page:

"DIRECTIONS: Two drops is equivalent to one cigarette. When your cartridge becomes dry, apply two drops of Nic KickTM to the top of the cartridge per "cigarette" smoked. Alternatively, you may apply two drops of Nic KickTM to the atomizer per "cigarette" smoked. If you prefer, you can purchase our sterile syringe and tiny needle set to refill an empty or dry cartridge. The smaller the needle, the better the saturation."

So I guess it's ok to drip

I have 3 vapor 1000's from vapor cigs. While hanging out at their kiosk in so cal, I have witnessed them replace atomizers for people. It is a hassle free process. I have had 1 atomizer replaced by marian personally. Was not even broken, she just did not like the taste of it when she tested it. If you are concerned contact them. Marian supports dripping, so I defiantly do not believe that is a condition. As far as I know the only condition is to only used supplied hardware.

i noticed that their alternate liquid site says

"E-Liquid must be packaged in glass bottles ONLY (not plastic) that are DARK AMBER in color so as to prevent degradation from heat and all light sources during shipping and storage"

this is accurate? , can light ruin the flavor of juice? maybe that's why some peoples juices have been loosing flavor? just spit balling here

but what does it matter if there is a lifetime warranty, right?

That's a good question, I would start a new thread on that question in the e-juice section of the forum. Would probably be a good topic to talk about.

i just realized that they have no address....so another forum member mentioned that this does not set well with him/her...to send money to someone without an address...what do you think?

i certainly am not ordering just yet.....

There are a few, Some people have discussed the product under my review in the review section. They have a big fan base at their local kiosk, I have helped my co workers and my wifes co workers buy them as well.

Hi texas-tw :)

I've had the Vapor 1000 since January.. and I love it. I have used their warranty on both battery & atomizer.. with no problems. The customer service is great.. and they send replacement parts out right away.

plus, two e-cigs for the price of one in grand opening special.

I second that--no complaints about vaporcig whatsoever. I have the Vapor 1000. If you have any problem, they send out replacement parts immediately, no questions asked. (They usually even send a little gift as well--liquid, carts. Fabulous!!) I would not hesitate to order from them. And they do have a physical address AND phone number--they are super responsive and reliable.

I am an owner of their Vapor 1000. I don't own another pen-style, so I don't know how it compares with the others. All I can say they have the best customer service in the world. At first, I had a few problems with their batteries. I emailed them. Immediately, I got a call from their owner, Marian, to straighten the problem.
Recently, I got a problem of one of the atomizers (Actually, it was more a concern than a real problem.). I emailed them, and they said they would send me a replacement and a return envelope. I'm expecting receiving it today. How often you can find a business with this kind of customer service. They are truly "worry-free" supplier.
