OK.....so today on this forum I find out that Vapor Country is having a HUGE sale on some juices they are closing out....$1.99/10ml.....gotta check that out right?
Went to the site and found a decent selection on what appear to be Dekang juices, picked up several that I hadn't tried at that great price..........but even better, they had unflavored/48mg in 25ml size for only $5.99. Been wanting to dabble in some DIY so I jumped on this several times.
Later in the day, I get a call from a friend who is disabled who had been given some 808 cartos but all she had was a 901 battery. I check and lo and behold Vapor Country has the correct adapter she needed, so I contacted them through the website to see if it was possible to add the adapter to my original order. Well in very short order I get an email back from Rob saying that sure he could add the adapter to the original order. When I asked him how to check it out so that I wouldn't have to pay double shipping, he replied that he would just throw it in and not worry about the cost of the adapter.
I must say that in my little better than 2 months of vaping, the overall level of customer service that I have encountered with online vendors has been amazingly positive. But in a crowded field of friendly, efficient suppliers, Rob has risen to a new level in my eyes.
