All it means is to recharge, your battery needs juice.

That manual is useless. However have no fear. Using the VK is easier than you think.

Like Steve said, if the led blinks off and on, it's time for a recharge. Recharge time should be at least 4 hours regardless if the green light turns on. If you never gave the batteries an inital charge of 12 hours then do that as well. That's what I did (with a DSE901 charger) and the batteries kick ..... They last a long time.

Once you start getting that taste of burnt paper, it's time to change the cart.

That's it! That's all you really need to know about the VK. If you want to get into refilling, well that's another story and instructions for that are elsewhere on this Vapor King post. I personally think that refilling, although it can be a money saver, is defeating the whole purpose of using an e-cig with the atomizer/cart combo. The whole idea is to have a new atomizer for each cart and not be bothered with refilling.

But I guess to each their own.
