so I have a manual batt and a pass through from vapor king (808) but they are both really tetchy as to when they work

sometimes I have to press the button down REALLY hard before I hear a sizzle. other times pressing the button does nothing at all

is this standard for manuals? for V4L? or did I just receive 2 bad batteries in a row?

those batts are a dime a dozen. I predict you will need 4 working ones in rotation. I would call V4L and tell them what happened if it is a new ecig, and also tell them you want to buy 3 more while you are at it. (I would order a second charger if you are at the office all day, that way you will have one at home, and one at work. All this hastle caused me to buy an ego (in fact 2 sets for back up everything) Now I am set. I will only use my manual standard 510's in a serious pinch or if I needed stealthyness.

I want to design a vaping mod that looks like an ice cream cone or something like that. Now that would be stealth vaping at its finest.

are there any manual batts which can take cartomizers that actually ARE reliable?

or is this something I can fix? I read that it might have something to do with juice making the switch sticky?
