Lots of folks love the cool carts. I prefer the premium carts because I like a warmer hit. Therefore, I can't give you any good info on the amount of vapor to expect from them. Consensus on cartos is that one cartos is equal to about a half a pack of analogs. One analog is about 10 to 15 puffs.....hence, one carto should yield about 100 to 150 puffs. Everyone vapes a little differently though so results will vary.
Also, the batteries come partially charged so you don't need to leave them on the charger for hours....just till the light turns green on the wall charger, or blue on the USB charger.

Purchase some juice and do a search to refill using the condom method on cartomizers.. Will save you a ton of money.

I've posted this before, but I think it's very helpful especially to noobs:

YouTube - A double demo! The Cartomizer Condom Filling Method, and the Taryn Spin.

I have never had a problem with the Cool Carts as far as vapor production or with the threads. I have had problems with the premium filled cartos though. Probably just an old batch. This is pretty new technology relatively speaking, so I'm sure they are making improvements all the time.

I'm betting it's the Cool Carts you are having a problem with. There have been numerous threads about this.....they say to use some steel wool or fine grain sand paper on the battery threads and it solves the problem.

Thank you so much Twilight for the sandpaper tip. I have about 10 boxes of 808 cartos that don't fit any of my 808 batteries and the sandpaper trick works like a charm. I got my "bad" cartos from vapor king first (the cool carts) and then just got more from litecig that didn't screw in all the way either. I guess it's maybe more of a battery thread issue? Anyway, who cares now with the sandpaper and I'm just so glad I don't have to change to another type of ecig. I love the kr808d's.

Anyway, thanks!

I love my kr808d as well.
I guess I'm very lucky. I haven't had a single problem with any of the cartomizers I got from 3 different vendors.
