Why I stuck it out with VK: My job required a lot of travel and staying at hotels for about two weeks at a time. I ordered vapping supplies on the road. I used and still use several vendors for different items. VK always shipped my supplies to whatever hotel and city I was at very promptly and accurately and made my A-list. I also received great technical support from VK's owner even with issues related to products I purchased from other vendors. Rob would give me the solution before they did. VK does not always have the lowest price on every item, but when I average the prices across multiple items they come close to or beat the competition. VK is primarily but not exclusively a Joye Tech re-seller. Joye Tech and its wholesalers are not perfect and they have a known DOA rate. VK's DOA rate is no different than any other USA re-seller. My evaluation of VK is how they deal with their customers when confronted with an industry wide DOA rate of e-cig related merchandise. They are one of the best re-sellers I know of. There are others which are also pretty good, and a few which are real rotten. I pass out VK's business card to anyone asking about getting into e-cigs and tell them to get a starter kit and a bottle of red & white then after that they can try different juices that are available all over the internet. That is how I started, with a VK starter kit and some pre-filled carto's of Red % White (well, actually I started with a 711 exhaler that I refilled with TW juice and a few other truck stop e-cigs that didn't last long). Today I make my own juice, I buy juice from about twenty different shops, and still shop at VK for things to screw into my mod. Long live VK!
