So, I ordered a 510 PCC kit (my first PV). It was delivered in three days.

#1: Excellent Shipping

It turns out the PCC was defective :-( I wrote them an email and they responded in three hours. At 10PM

#2: Excellent Communication

In said email they said that they would : a) Refund the total price of the PCC Kit b) Offered me either another 510 PCC Kit, a Riva kit (when they come in stock), or a 3 60ml of juice, and c) Gave me a coupon code for 25% off my next purchase

#3: Excellent Customer Satisfaction

I'd 100% recommend Vapor-Pure

Well, It saddens me, but I'm going to have to retract this positive review. Vapor-Pure seems to have disappeared into the night, taking the money from my second order (minus the 25% off), and a bunch of others with them. Never saw the free Riva, and haven't heard from the company since before Christmas. Stay away from Vapor-Pure! The site is still up, don't buy from them!

Did you notice this message posted on their front page?

OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS
We will respond to emails and update the inventory and accept orders for the Rivas and other items as they come in stock (hopefully within the next week). But we will not be able to ship any orders placed between 12/24 and 1/4 until 1/5/2011 while our team enjoys the holidays. Happy Holidays!
