In this case, the singler is ready to go e-liquid that you can buy off the shelf and vape straight away, and the doubler is e-liquid of the same flavour, but double the strength of the regular, to be diluted with nic juice or something. Both are, as I said, 80vg/20pg

The only point I can think of is that concentrates can be more irritating the more concentrated they are. Take a given basic flavor you get. Maybe just strawberry. That strawberry is probably 10% strawberry concentrate (the flavoring that DIY's use). Obviously vaping something that was 100% that concentrate is going to be pretty harsh (ignore VG/PG). So the question is how much of that juice is Flavoring. Also are you sure the doubler juice is twice as powerful or is it just I really high on flavoring mix meant to go into a preselected juice to double its flavor?

Basically is it 30ml of just straight up flavoring pre mixed together or is it the same juice twice as powerful. Later is okay, but I really wouldn't suggest the former.

In general, flavor gets muted in high VG content juice. That being said you might want to go with the double flavor. If your a DIY juice maker you might want to go with the lowest possible flavor percentage where you are satisfied. First, you will save money on flavoring. Second, your taste buds will adjust to whatever flavor percentage you give it. Yes taste buds adapt. thats why taste buds recover after smoking real cigs. Picture vaping 30% juice. overwhelming but taste buds will get use to it and desensitize. or you could have just been vaping 15% all along and the rest of your food might taste better as well.

Edit: I just noticed I didnt answer your question at all. I was just read others answers. To answer your question. No, there will be no difference in cloud production. If they make there juice from a PG based flavor then they will add less unflavored PG to balance the PG/VG ratio. And vise versa.

Thanks all for the answers. I would've absolutely been hitting up vape shops, however I live in bum.... nowhere and closest vape shop is 250miles away. My problem is I started vaping about a week or 2 ago and I’ve tried 10 different juices (all standard flavour 50/50) and the flavour hasn't been strong enough on any of them for my liking

Hence the question I posed. Anyway I now have a better understanding. Thanks again
