I started out at 12 mg 60pg/40vg and quickly went to 6mg. Now, I vape only pg free e-liquid at 8 or 6 mg using a vv device with either a RDA or RTA. However, I still keep a 12mg e-liquid around just in case. I smoked a pad prior to vaping. I've been smoke free almost 10 months now and I'm loving it!

All VG, cut with a little distilled water..

Not allergic, but just don't like the minor health issues I get with PG, nor its taste, feeling & performance..

Been doing 1.5mg; next bottle will be 1mg (I mix pre-made juice for nic levels, as well as taste)..

Using up the last of my 3mg.. Once it's gone, will be at zero-nic in early June

My first juice that was ever given to me was 6mg and being a pack a day smoker for 5 years it was simply not cutting it for me on a generic CE4 and ego setup. I then bought a few 24mg juices and an EVOD to use because the orange cream I was using cracked my CE4. It was satisfying but I was till smoking around 5 cancer sticks a day. Bought some 36mg from MBV and that is what got me to quit smoking. About a month of that I moved back down to 24mg and a few weeks after that I started DIYing and made 18mg juices. I still use 18mg when I first wake up and when I am at work because I have to stealth vape there. When I am at home I primarily use 10-12mg juices in my Trident clone and it works quite well for my nicotine needs. The PG/VG ratios have changed from 80/20, 65/35, 50/50, and 40/60 but my most preferred ratio now that I make is 50/50 because I get good flavor, the right amount of vapor, and the perfect amount of throat hit depending on the setup I am using.
