Have you gone back and reviewed your order? I've ordered from them and never had any problems but people do make mistakes. The owners will get back to you. Give them a couple of days. If no reply, call customer service at (951) 893-5120.
I dont really find much of a throat hit except for the pink lemonade. Its kind of a stinging or almost burning throat hit, so its a bit different than the throat hit I receive with other juices. Their prices sure are good. I am steeping my flavors still, but the root beer was great right out of the mail box, but definitely TH lackking. I usually switch off between their juices and other brands with a better thoat hit.
i thought it was pretty well know that vapor renu was lacking throat hit. never had them before, i've just read many posts that say this.
Yup i checked and all of the bottles claim 36mg with an aggressive throat hit

I find them to be a good value, but if you are looking for thoat hit, try TV atomic cinnacide, Backwoods brew Apple wood, and FSUSA wyatt earp. I find most fruit flavors lack a lot of TH. I would also suggest ordering all PG if you are given the options. (many compound flavors that vendors come up with are a predetermined, or undisclosed mixture in order to find balance with flavor, vapor, and throat hit) you can always try and order it custom in the comments section of your order, to see if they can make it all PG. Most make their juice from scratch for each order so this should be possible)

The custum blend has alot of VG and lacks TH.I think its 70%vg.I always go 80%pg and the TH improves dramatically!
When you say lacking are you talking none at all? Cause thats what I'm getting

Nic strength plays a part in the TH. If you need the TH and have vodka or everclear handy, in a small bottle (3ml) add some of your juice and 2 drops of the alcohol. Everclear works the best for a TH if there isn't one. This is just my opinion. Becareful with the alcohol as it will make your juice runnier. I make alot of my own juices and add everclear to some that I want a "kick" too.
I did a review on their sweedish fish last week. It had zero throat hit. He cuts his juice with alcohol to deliver the TH. The more aggressive the TH ordered, the more alcohol he puts in. The way I see it, using alcohol just means less pg/vg and flavor and nicotine in the bottle. There are plenty of other vendors that produce great TH without cutting their product with alcohol, so maybe he needs to try a different method cause his current one doesnt work IMHO.
In my experience, nicotine content plays very little into throat hit. Less than, say, the difference between vaping in a warm house versus a cold porch. Like... super negligible.

I don't like using juice that has been cut with alcohol. You are diluting it and reducing the pg/vg ratio and also lowering the nicotine mg.
AC doesn't have throat hit... it has a throat roundhouse kick from Chuck Norris.

I love VR juices but I will be the first to agree that if you are looking for TH, you might want to mosey along to other pastures. I'm not going to tell you "let it steep" although some of VR juices do need to steep to bring out the flavor, it's not going to affect the TH at all. I find that juices from one vendor tend to have the same characteristics even if they are different flavors. I can tell a FSUSA juice because of certain taste they have, VR has a certain "lightness", dekang juices all have a certain way of vaping.... Will all that being said, I haven't tried the extreme TH VR now has. It does surprise me that you haven't heard back from them yet though, I've always had excellent service from VR.

OP, does your juice have that "nasty nicotine" taste? i recently got an order from VR and same exact problem. i also suspect there is little to no nicotine in my juice.
