Travel Case - it would be really nice to have a case specifically designed to hold many carts, a few batteries (regular and XL), maybe a place to store a wall charger. You could even make it two tiers with the bottom reserved for e-liquid bottles or whatever tools you might use to refill carts. Something no bigger than one of those hardcover Harry Potter books would be great.

Bigger PCC - It would be nice to have a PCC which could carry several batteries and a few more carts. A lot of times i carry both the regular and the charging case around with me if i'll be gone from the house for awhile.

LOL sounds like a small tackle box to me...

The V4L XL case holds a bunch of stuff, but I assume you have seen it and it does not fit your needs.

Yes, like a small tackle box. That way you could easily bring your whole setup with you if your traveling. Plus, it would be a great way to keep all your vaping supplies orangized and in one place. The XL is nice but more of a carrying case.

Suggestion #1 - redesign the case
I like the large case length. It'll carry either XL batts or a shorty w/ carto attached. Do not like that the cutouts don't prevent stuff falling out. Even with condoms, ALL my cartomizers fall out. Also,
I'd prefer half the thickness of the case (i.e. - no cut outs in the lid, just a thinner profile).
From day one the spring doesn't close the lid squarely, making it look like a zippo lighter that's been driven over. It's been on a shelf since I got it, no rough treatment. I've finally abandoned using it and instead use your small yellow carrying pouch (sack?) you sent as a freebie.

Suggestion #2 - sell labels for DIY re-fillers
Something like: https://e-cig.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=800

Suggestion #3 - super long cartos
Like these ones from china, double normal length: https://e-cig.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=550

Your products & service are excellent, but since this is a suggestion thread, had to be honest about the case. My wife uses her glasses case.

Born.....
Leave it to you to lighten things up....just when I needed it....not even where I expected it!!!
PS...hope life has settled down in the place you call home.

It most certainly has, thanks! Seems like the neighborhood is back to normal, so very happy!

Now I can get back to doing what I do best, vaping with my mates here!

They've had one for _ever_. Looking at the site, they may well be sold out at this moment.

Wow, I haven't seen this on the site in the last 2 months. Just to clarify, you're saying that V4L carries an adapter to allow vaping on a PT through a wall outlet? This would be great for me. I have been planning to get an adapter as my next piece of equipment (after I review the specs you so kindly provided, Adrenalynn!)

If this is available from V4L, can anyone comment on when you might get it back in stock? (I'd rather buy from V4L...I'd be willing to wait if I knew it was coming at some point!)

Bah - there you go and just ask a reasonable question stated reasonably and make me break character... :)

The AC->DC5vUSB adapters they had were underpowered (at least the one I'd had from back in December/January time-frame, prior to the latest cartomizers) for the newer low-resistance cartomizers. I haven't seen that they have gotten any in yet that are sized appropriately. That may well be why we don't see them in stock.

Super-heavy-duty USB power supplies seem to be pretty rare, but trivial to design and build. I scratched this out in less than a few minutes. At 3A with about 80% efficiency, it's a switching supply regulated at five volts. Build cost on it would be around $10 in moderately low quantity. Most expensive part would be the USB-Cable plug... All parts readily available from the normal channels.

Just noticed I left the choke and diodes unlabeled. It's late... Something like the BYV29 series would be nice and beefy. Choke - 33µH would be fine.

BOM:
4x BYV29B-500,118 0.416ea $1.66 http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=954-BYV29B-500118-CHP
1x 33uH Choke 744242330 $1.50 http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=732-1683-2-ND
1x 470uF 63v Electrolytic Capacitor SMD $0.83 EEV-FK1J471M http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=PCE3485TR-ND
1x 1000uF 16v Cap EMVY160ARA102MKE0S SMD $0.63 http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=565-2451-2-ND
1x Schottky Diode 60v 3A MBRS360T3G SMC $0.59 http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=MBRS360T3GOSCT-ND

1x MIC4576-5.0WU 200kHz Switching Regulator, SMD [TO-263-5] $3.69 http://search.digikey.com/scripts/DkSearch/dksus.dll?Detail&name=576-1800-5-ND

Now maybe V4L will build one for us. ;)
