Hi! Long time lurker, first post...

Just wanted to say how impressed I am with your service. I started vaping about three weeks ago after smoking for nearly 30 years, and haven't had a cigarette since.
So far, I've ordered from four online vendors and tried two kinds of e-cigs, the 510 and the vapor King. I like both types of e-cigs, both have their strengths and weaknesses but both have worked well enough to keep me off regular cigs. An absolute miracle, as far as I am concerned. :)
I've also been impressed with the service I've gotten from all the vendors, but you guys went the extra step by adding additional items free of charge. It's this kind of service that will make me come back to you in the future!
Right now I'm charging that cool extra long VK battery in my new wall charger and looking forward to vaping for hours and hours without a recharge!
Thanks for your wonderful service!

Welcome out of Lurkdom! You will like it out here, the ambience is much brighter. You have discovered why so many of us keep coming back to V4L - the service is outstanding. I do agree though, that the e-cig vendors as a whole offer better service than most online shopping establishments and Steve is a cut above the best of them.

Congratulations on embracing the e-cig and dropping the analogs. I am always impressed by folks who pick up an e-cig and never smoke again. It has been much harder for me; I still have the occasional analog.

Welcome!

No, hopefully soon though. Fortunately, they last a long time, but I will really like having a pcc for them. Right now I carry a pcc (with charged batt and 2 cartos) an extra long batt (I stick a condom from a carto on the battery connector side to keep it clean) and an extra long battery with a carto on it for vaping. I figure I can switch to the other extra long batt if it happens to run out of juice. The pcc and extra batt and cartos is in case of emergency and I get stuck somewhere. I couldn't handle not having a back up lol!

What can I say? I am slightly neurotic about my vapes! ;)

Hello there, another lurker here. I just wanted to share my experience with v4l with others so that it could potentially make the decision to order much easier.

To start off I have to say thank you to all the members here for helping me make my decision to switch from smoke to vapor. After talking to a friend of mine about his Vapor King, and how he had gone from 20-30 analogs a day to 0 with it, I decided it was time for me to jump on the wagon as well. I found this forum and spent a while doing research so that I would know where to go and what to order. After reading thread after thread about how great Vapor4Life is I decided to order the Ultimate Ultimatum kit. Let me this about all the rave reviews given to Vapor4Life all over the forum:

They're all true. I honestly cannot remember the last time that I've had such great service from an online store.

I ordered my Ultimate Ultimatum kit (w/auto batts) at roughly 11pm on a Tuesday night. When ordering my kit I completely forgot to fill out what flavors I wanted in the comments section. I kid you not, within 2 minutes of placing my order I had an email from Steve telling me that I needed to send Mark an email with the flavors that I wanted. After sending Mark that email I decided to go to sleep as I had work in the morning and class that night. When I got to class I checked my email and was greeted with an email from V4L saying that my order had shipped. Literally within 12 hours (outside of business hours) I had placed my order, received an email from Steve, and had my order shipped to me. That, my friends, is the best customer service I've had in a long time.

About a week of anxiously waiting I finally received my order. Let me say that it would've been there a bit sooner but USPS apparently slept on my package for a day or two. When I received it I was on my way out so I quickly opened it up so that I could put my batts on the chargers while I was at school. I was surprised to see that not only had I received my full order (packaged very nicely), but they had thrown in a few freebies as well. It was nothing major, but if I wasn't already secured as a future customer that really would've sealed the deal. I had a few extra carts in there, as well as a bottle of Hilton juice.

For anyone that's still weary of making the jump to an electronic cigarette from traditional cigarettes I offer this; I went from 20-30 cigarettes a day to one in the first 24 hours. Up until yesterday, when I fell off the bandwagon, I had only had three cigarettes total. Yesterday was one of those days where you just feel like you had to have a cigarette, and I gave in. Let me say this as well; every single one of the cigarettes that I've had since making the switch has been disgusting. The smell, the taste, even the feel of it. The extra chemicals (all 4000+ of them) just give me a headache and make me feel *bleh* compared to vaping. It is most definitely worth at least trying, if not for yourself then for your loved ones having you around a while longer and not having to smell you from 10 feet away.

I very much so recommend that people at least give these electronic cigarettes a chance, and if you do I have to insist that you order yours from Vapor4Life. The last thing that anyone needs when attempting to quit smoking is the stress of having to deal with bad customer service, and I'm not convinced that V4L even knows what bad customer service is.

Thanks for reading and sorry for the long first post.

Big congrats to both VDS_NY and Justin Credible, and welcome to our little fan club.

I started vaping with a different model e-cig back in late August, got tired of all the fiddling, mussing, fussing, etc. with the constant refilling, and found out about the KR808D-1. I ordered a PCC kit, hated the cartos I got, and then discovered this subforum thanks to JenJen and JLeigh. I've been a happy camper ever since. I will be a V4L customer for life.

I had spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying to make my vaping experience work for me, and it did get me off the analogs, so it's not a complaint really. But I'm so happy I made it here. The service is awesome, they have quality products which they stand behind (you can't beat Steve's warranty anywhere), it's one of the few places that has multiple nicotine levels to choose from, and they have so many flavors as well.

So I understand your posts. I really do. :D

Welcome VDS & Justin! So very happy for you both that you found your way into our little (or not so little now) V4L community!

Like so many others, I tried various different vendors & products but none have compared to V4L & the VK! Congratulations on getting off or nearly off the analogs so quickly - I am slowly but surely getting there myself. But if anything is going to make that happen, it will be the VK & V4L!!!

Hope to see your posts more often! VDS, let us know how your vaping experience is when you receive your package. By the way, the batteries (except the shorties from what I understand) come with about a 70% charge on them already so that you can vape away to your heart's content right out of the package! Enjoy!!!

Welcome VDS and Justin (love the name btw), it's stories just like these that made V4L my choice when I started on my vaping adventure. And I'll be forever thankful!

Same here, which is why I made it a point to share my experience on here. I did quite a bit of research before I bought mine and when I kept seeing "V4L" with nothing but rave reviews following I made the jump. Since then I've handed out all the cards that I received with my order and turned a few people at my school onto them for their juice needs. I actually just got through ordering a few new flavors of carts and requesting more cards so that I could hand them out whenever I'm asked about my VK, which seems to happen a lot.

BTW, you get a big :thumb: for your refilling method. I just got through doing three of my carts that way and was amazed (like everyone else) at how much I was able to get in there. The only difference was that I did this in the closest bag I had to me.. Hint: Purple with a gold drawstring. Worked well! :D

Thanks Justin! All the other tips on here and those wonderful videos made me feel like I could really do this. My first inclination was to go with the 510 as so many seem to be using it, but the more I read the more work it seemed. All those crazy mods!

My V4L KR808D-1 was just what I wanted: Easy to use, amazing product, cost effective, wonderful support group and FANTASTIC supplier.

Lets keep those wonderful stories going and get more poor souls off analogs!!

Thanx again for all the welcomes. This is a really friendly community!

I'm using my 510 less and less as time goes by. I actually haven't used it since tuesday, I think. Funny thing is my 510 kit came with two crappy atomizers and I didn't even know it. I used another atomizer on tuesday and it made a huge difference vapor-wise but I still got that burny-electricky taste.
So even with a good atomizer on the 510, the Vapor King is so much better. With a PG/VG mixture I get really good vapor and I'm really happy with my VK. No need to ever smoke again, I'm a vaper now.
