Vapor4Life Vapor Question

I understand that the battery voltage will affect the amnount of vapor obtained, but putting that aside:

1. What cartomizers produce the most vapor?

2. Does the nicotine percentage affect the amount of vapor produced?

It mightbe difficult to obtain an answer here in the New Members Forum, but I do not have sufficient usage to post in the Vapor4Life Forum.

I'm a happy V4L customer, so I will try to help. I believe you will get more vapor from VG (vegetable glycerin) as opposed to PG (propylene glycol). But I think you get a better throat hit with PG. I'm using their "CoolCarts Blanks" to fill myself. I have heard that their "WOW Vapor King" blanks are super for vapor production, but I have not tried them yet. Their pre-filled WOW carts produce a LOT of vapor! Hope this helps!

Thanks Firefox. I see that the V4L Site lists the "VG" Cartomizers in a separate group. Do you know if all the other cartomizers are the "PG" type?

I've tried numerous flavors, and have pretty much settled in on the WOW Wowboy and Butterscotch. Been refilling these and so far so good.

I do find that sometimes after refilling there is not much vepor. Then I'll refill the same Cart and it produces well. Haven't figured that one out yet.

VG produces your vapor. Nicotine and PG will produce your throat hit.

I haven't ordered from V4L in quite a while but I would assume, 99% sure, that if it's not labelled VG then it's not VG.

As for your vapor production on refills, if you overfill a cart then you won't get a lot of vapor until you vape on it a bit. Too much liquid = next to no vapor.

The eGo cartomizer looks like a plastic cigar mouth piece but fits right onto a 510 battery and WOOHOO man I luv the phlumes of vapor this thing puts out.

you can get a pre-filled eGo cart for about $4 holds 2.5ml of juice,and give it a test run...

I know if it was'nt for the price I would'nt buy any thing else.theres a video around here some where that shows how to refill the eGo cartomizer too...

I've tried 4 different carts so far and would suggest trying at least one eGo before you settle on any given model....

Most producers of liquid will tell you if it's PG or VG. Or, if it's a mixture, what percentage. I just ordered Atomic Cinnacide from Tasty Vapor. They let you choose the mixture of VG/PG. I decided to go with 10% VG. I like the vapor, but in the end, throat hit is more important.

WOw, my eyes are being opened. I started with V4L, and have been happy with their products, but I'm beginning to see that there's a whole world of other "things" out there.

That brings to mind some more questions. Since I have several V4L Batteries, Chargers, etc., which of the Cartomizers mentioned (Atomic Cinnacide, eGo, etc.) are compatible with the V4L Accessories?

Anything made for the Kr808D-1 will work with anything from V4L. The V4L Vapor King is basically a branded Kr808D-1. This model also goes by some other names, like the Nebula VaporNine.com, the VapoRight at GoodProphets.com, and the Easy E-Cigarette at CigEasy.com

You can also buy them generically as the Kr808D-1, which is what I did.

Any of these models are essentially the same, and cross-compatible for parts.

The eGo is built for 510 cartomizers and atties, and won't work with your cartomizers. However, if you want something eGo-like that will fit your cartomizers, you can try the Elegant from CigEasy.

There are cartomizers specifically for the 510. They will be labeled as 510 cartomizers on whatever website you buy them from.

I had a very good experience with them.

Yes, a cartomizer is basically an atty and cart in one. The atomizing coil runs up through the center, with a wick around it, and the filler material around that.

Nope. The connection threading for the Kr8 cartos (which is what the WOW's are) and the 510 cartos are different, and they can't be inter-changed.

Yes, the 510 cartos in the link are blanks.

The Wow cartos will work with a 510 with an adapter. You can find one many places. Goodprophets or Blue Grass Vapor is where I got mine. 510 to KR808 adapter or 510 to 901 adapter.

Hi y'all... I am still kind of new to vaping. My boyfriend and I bought our first ecigarettes a couple of weeks ago; we got Fifty-One Trios. I didn't like mine very much, so I decided to switch to Vapor4Life. It's a win-win situation; my boyfriend gets another battery, and I don't have to fuss with the stupid cartridge sticking to the atomizer anymore. Back to my issue... I ordered my Vapor King with a manual battery, not quite understanding what I was ordering. I understand that I need to press the button to make it work, but how long do I hold the button down for? I don't want to get too much in one drag, but I want to get enough. I'm dying to use it after I charge it, but I have no clue here. Someone please help!

You hold the button for as long as you're dragging on it. So, lift off it when you're done taking a drag.

You'll develop a way of doing it, too. I press the button a split second before I take a drag to heat up the coil - and I let off the button a split second before I stop dragging so I'm getting all the vapor out of the inside of the carto.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! My new battery just finished charging, and I gave it a try. I am already liking this better than my auto battery. I have to say I'm already glad I bought the Vapor King. I also bought the blanks to fill up with Vapor King's juice we bought for the Trios. I've watched the video, and I hope I did it right. I haven't tried yet because I couldn't wait to try the chocolate cartos that I got with my Vapor King! Thank you so much again!
