I'm a newbie, and have ordered only from V4L, and only twice from them. Both times they were johnny-on-the-spot about getting my order to me (even during the holiday rush), and they included some nice extras - last time I got two sample juices, two mini-batteries, two USB chargers! I've heard great stuff about them, and I chose to order my first e-cig from them, my order shipped the next day and I received my email with the tracking number, and thats when the trouble began. My tracking number doesn't work, and when I contacted USPS to find it they claim they havent received a package going to my address! I have sent two emails to vapor4life but have not yet got a reply.
I see that your in Canada. I know when I ordered from ePuffer (which is in Canada) I was told that once the package got out of Canada and into the US, I could no longer track it. Perhaps its the same when you order from the US? Once the package leaves the USA and enters Canada, the USPS will not show any record of it. Just wondering. As for the two emails, well, I see that continues to be a bit of a problem with a few customers, but you could always try to PM one of them through here. They are stand up guys at V4L and should get back to you, ya just might have to press 'em a bit

The emails is because somehow there is an old email listed here on ECF and it does not get checked. PM Mark, or Steve and all will get answered and fixed.I see that your in Canada. Also, please know that other than the overnight shipping option with USPS, all other tracking is more a signature confirmation than anything. My packages often arrive prior to USPS even acknowledging that they've received the package. Once it arrives, it often just shows up delivered, and sometimes even that status takes several days.
V4L is great!! Nhaler.com I use when V4L is out of the supplies I need. And For something a little more exotic in the flavor world check out mstsbakery.com. Mrs T has some incredible flavors and makes them to order. All have excellent customer service!!

If you are in Canada, use CANADAPOST.CA to track your package. I don't know why, but that seems to work.
bishopkenneth is right... I placed my first order from V4L (or anyone for that matter) in the middle of the new years weekend... still only took three days from processing to delivery! Definitely a pleasure doing business with them!
3 days? oh I see you're in the states! My package did finally arrive today (24 days) extremely beaten up and with zero tracking history (European tour perhaps) and the PT was broken. V4L ended up sending me a replacement order last week, and its still in transit somewhere. I emailed them to let them know the orriginal package arrived with the broken PT and told them to double bill me to pay for the reshipment but they wont bill until they confirm the reship arrives.
I must say that they've been great at answering my questions, and I will definately deal with them again, If only I never had to deal with USPS again!
EMS from china will get me a package in 8 days, USPS from 800 miles away=24 days
Yeah when the reshipment arrives I'll have two ultimate ultimatum kits and 25 cartomisers, plus the two extra batts, and 50 blanks from health cabin. Think I should have enough supplies for a good long time!
