A product that I had purchased wasn't working out for me and "Chief Beast" Tim was very accommodating and helpful every step of the way. Emails were responded to so promptly that I was surprised, even on weekends. Throughout the process I never had the feeling that I was on the defensive, quite the opposite, Tim was attentive, proactive, and clearly committed to making certain that things were resolved to my complete satisfaction. And quite promptly as well.
Customer service just doesn't get any better than this, and the free freight on any size order is an added bonus in my book.
