vaporbomb.com.............Not Happy

I reality the way it is set up now is probably the best way to go. If someone has a complaint they can post it. So long as it isn't libelous it will stay up. The supplier can then respond. It is usually pretty obvious after each exchange if the complaint was valid.

True, not questioning if it should stay up, what I question is the thread titles. Not everyone can read every thread posted here on ECF, there are just too many, but if I was a new customer and a new member to ECF, so far this morning I would avoid 3 different vendors.

You are correct...there was something there, I called Harry and he edited the post. Thank you for pointing it out.

I still feel the entire thread title needs a change. Its misleading to those who dont take the time to click on every thread on the forum. There have been 3 different "bad vendors" links today, and so far, all 3 it seems the vendor has been in the right and the OP has been wrong.

And I am all about posting bad reviews IF the vendor is truly at fault. The whole TW fiasco from back around April was very informative, and because of this I have never/will never use TW. But if a customer is just venting and it is found they started an erroneous thread, there should be a way for the vendor to have the title of thread changed so it doesnt look like they are in the wrong, at a glance.

I was just thinking about that, Is it whiners day or what?
The thing that bothers me:
Yes, not everyone clicks these threads, but instantly after reading the title while browsing they make a mental note. If the topic reads "So and So SCREWED ME" then people make a mental note that "so and so" is a screwball and will mention to others that "so and so" is a screwball. All because they read one little line, and didn't care to read all the replies. Maybe because these are ALL THE SAME today.
*OP complains about crappy custom service
*Supplier proves that OP is as assclown
*Members jump to defend Supplier
*Supplier proves that they went above and beyond
*Members make fun of OP
*Supplier gets more business because that's how we ECF members Roll.

There is another version of the story that VB can prove. Mr.M order was sent out on the 11 of June and was an international order, yes it is still in route for whatever reason. He was issue a refund just hours before posting here. Even thought our international policy which is available on our web-site states that we are not responsible for international items once they have shipped. Mr. M really had no recourse BUT VB does not do business that way, and he was given a refund for the full amount. As I said hours before his posting here. Not to mention per his tracking number as he can see, his packages was held up for whatever reason and was released on the

Vaporbomb still rocks.

Well put my friend.

To put everyone straight on this as the VB fan club seems to have joined the thread;

The original post was posted at 8.10am UK time, the offer of a refund come 30 minutes LATER and so I updated the thread, not after the refund was offered as stated.

I was told that 2 shipments had been sent to me over the course of 6 WEEKS, the second shipment i was assured would be with me in 3-5 days, I am still awaiting the tracking number for this and I have received no shipment.

I emailed VB on numerous occasions and had no reply, one of the emails stated very clearly that i wanted the tracking number, no reply until 3 days later!

I am more than happy to send all of the emails to a mod, i have nothing to hide or be ashamed of !!, regards the comments questioning my integrity, i say you dont know me or the background to this so please refrain from voicing personal assumptions..

Maybe the fanboys should not assume and make ill informed comments, or maybe you are all so rich you can write off $100 and move on in silence.

I believe that when a customer experiences good or bad service from a company it should be voiced, sorry if that doesn't sit to well with the VB fanclub.

I for one, have never purchased ANYTHING from VaporBomb. Im just your average girl who loves vaping. No fan girl here ;) I just think fair as fair. If you receive your items, I think you should pay for them.

Just on a lighter note (I'm not joining the who's right/wrong debate :)), at least you didn't make an "off" comment about V4L....you would've been seriously ripped a new one LOL ;)

I cannot say that I am a "fan" of VaporBomb, but I have placed a few orders with them, and every time I have dealt with them, the transaction has been perfect. They not only send what I ordered, they also include a freebie. The shipping has always been fast, and their communication timely.

BLAME THE POSTAL SYSTEM! Not the supplier. I have gotten screwed out of plenty of money because my packages got lost. Suppliers give us tracking numbers for a reason. Once they ship it, they have no control over what happens to it. I am glad that you have received items in a timely manor from other suppliers, But its hardly fair to bad mouth one because it got held in customs or what ever reason there is. I know we want to blame someone when things don't go our way (been there) but again, Its not the suppliers fault.

Replies were few and far between, the offer to send the whole email trail including time and date stamps is still on offer for anyone that would like them.

I would post them but I am aware this would result in a ban.

Perish the thought that an op maybe telling the truth about a supplier !!

Some how i think it the truth of the matter will not matter to most as their own experiences seem to be clouding the issue.

I have dealt with numerous suppliers in the US and have had no issues, I have even wrote positive posts where it was deserved. In face every parcel including juice was 8 days or less.

6 weeks, 2 supposed shipments, no notification from customs or the post office and a serious lack communication ??!?!?, you don't need to be a rocker scientist :)
