Well, it will be a busy couple weeks for Vaporbomb. We are going to be moving to another building next week. We are going to be putting in a lot of man hours getting everything move, getting settled in and resuming business as usual. We know how much of a pain it is when a store closes down for a couple days due to moving, remodeling etc... So rest assured that your orders will not be affected in any way. I will post the new address when everything is moved in and changed over for those local pickup people. Thanks guys!

Is there any chance of having a vape lounge in your new location?

That would be nice a vape lounge. Lets hope it does.

That IS a nice idea! (and the wheels started turning....)

Y'know what'd be good? If we could come in and buy pre-loaded 510 cartos of whatever VB juice our black little hearts desired. For like five bucks or so each maybe? (Buy five, get one free?)

Us hardcore VB fans could come in with our spreadsheets all printed out, tell the VB Bomb Squad crew member what we wanted to try. In a few minutes, (reservations required for groups of +8? +5?) we'd be kicking back on some second-hand couches, (or that papasan I dragged in..:blink:), put some faces to the names, and vape our little (_!_)'s off!

Maybe a cooler with some Monster Java, Yoo-Hoo, Diet Coke, bevvies that were polled as top favorites of the VB folks here on the ECF site. VB T-shirts and baseball caps could only be bought at the Lounge! (THAT would have me loading up the Civic!)

Once the initial RUSH! wore off, (my money says the 1st month w/b nuts!) it'd bring in new customers, first-time newbies could try before they buy, and BombSquad veterans would have an excuse for a road trip (like you need an excuse for a road trip!) to VaporBomb to pick up The Juice! :toast::toast:

I am not sure as to all of the details yet. Next weekend is the official move in date, thanx to the internet company!!! It will be on S. Main St. We would have loved staying in Barberton, as we all live here, but there were no available buildings to fit our needs. I will def. keep everyone posted with details and such that I find out and once we move in, I will post the address for those of you that pick up your orders.

So, is this the explaination why my order that was placed on the 30th still hasn't shipped yet?
I mean I thought policy was to ship next business day....and yet my order is still only listed as invoiced...
It's a shame when something ordered the same day makes it halfway across the country before the one from 2 hours away in the same state.

I'm not sure what might be up with that, though it's really not a common occurrence with VB. Have you tried emailing customer service? Customerservice@vaporbomb.com

I ordered on Friday and it didn't ship out Saturday, which kind of surprised me. That's not as big of a difference as you're experiencing, though.

Bonnie, I am not sure why your did not ship until Sat. We ship Mon-Fri and on Fridays, they are at the Post Office no later than 3pm.

I'm just kinda meh about the whole thing at this point really....I've never had great customer service from them in the past. Especially when driving through the area and trying to do a local order and pick up (specifically when there was supposed to be a vapor lounge (seemed that was never really open)(or they were closed on Monday for pickups,or Fridays,or the order couldn't be made locally but had to be made online and then pickup arrangements made)...

Some of the juice is a birthday present for my husband and his bday is on the 10th, so time is sort of of the essence :(

I had sent you an e-mail and tried to call you about the error. We informed everyone a long time ago that there was not a Vape Lounge. When it comes to local pickups, I am quite flexible with them. Mondays, we are busy with all of the weekend orders and Fri we are doing inventory. You can stop in and place the order, but we normally recommend calling it in or placing it online, so you don't have to wait bc they are all mixed fresh. I apologize that the Customer Service was terrible, but I don't know what else I could have done short of going to your house. I sent an e-mail, no response. Called to get it taken care of, no answer. You called back and I attempted to call you back as well, but there was nothing. I have the e-mail and call logs showing where I tried to get this resolved, but was never able to get through.
