Vaporbreak is no good. Ordering and delivery was no issue. I got my order after only 1 week. My Vamo broke after barely two weeks of use, though. They responded quickly to my pre-purchase inquiries but they snubbed my return merchandise questions. I was ready to order another one had I received any response whatsover. I've been waiting over two weeks. They actually are online right now but just will not respond to me.

In my experience they have honoured two orders in good time but have ignored all correspondence. My third order with them from 2 months ago still has not arrived. Again they have ignored all my emails.
Hardware i have ordered from them is not genuine, they are copies. If you are happy to take a chance then use them but be warned, returning anything is problematic.

I ordered twice from them and it took about 2 weeks, waaay faster than health cabin. just don't by the biansi imist. i think it's missing the plug for the tank. it looks good, there's the atty, spike, but then there's a hollow cone, and clear mouthpiece. no plug on the end of the mouthpiece/tank for the spike to go into. I've never had a problem as far as receiving stuff from them but they don't answer emails and the chat on the bottom of their page does nothing. no one is there. but I got a Vamo, DID clone, Phoenix rebuildable, 900mah eGo VV passthrough, and 510-t 180mah battery and they are all great for really cheap so I'm not complaining too much. since I don't have the plug and they won't answer I took out the spike and I've been dripping on the biansi imist. it works pretty good, but sure ain't no tank.

I have to agree that VaporBreak lacks in communication. That being said I've had favorable service with 2 orders which I've placed, the 1st order took 1 day to process and the 2nd which was about twice as large took 4 days to process. For my 1st order I took the cheap route and used China Air and was 22 days in shipment. My 2nd order was shipped by DHL (at a cost of 7 dollars more than China Air) but it took only 3 days from Hong Kong to Ohio.
I too have seen many disparaging comments regarding this company most seem to revolve around communication. When ordering if you choose standard shipping you should plan an 3 to 4 weeks for your order to arrive, if you want it sooner spring for the upgrade to DHL.
The other issue I see is should you get something that doesn't work right the cost to return the item may be more then the cost of the item. My logic is not to order a single item and because of the low prices I over order therefore if something is defective I just don't worry about it I've still saved money and have other items to use.

My order looks messed up on http://www.17track.net/IndexEn.html BUT when I click on "Details" lower left "View Official Data" it takes me to a page where it clearly shows acceptance by Post Office:
item No. Year Status Location Destination Country Date
XXXXXXXX 2013 Collection 10061400 CA 20130320 1309
XXXXXXXX 2013 Departure from outward office of exchange 10010200 CA 20130321 0934

Can also click lower right on "Details" and take what you find to Google Translate:
Destination Country - Canada
Origin Country - China
20130320, Acceptance office acceptance, Beijing International Mail Acceptance, Canada
20130321, The total export package straight seal sealing of Beijing International, Canada

In my case it wasn't VB but the Post Office that messed up with their records IMO.
