Well Paypal proved to be totally useless and thanks to them wholly missing the point VaporBreak gets away with filching $21 just by simply refusing to respond like adults to simple, polite requests.

The whole thing started when I received an email from them stating my items had been returned by customs and did I want them resent or a refund.

I responded immediately saying I would like a refund or if it was convenient a credit slip as I would buy something else and was ignored from that point.

I sent via live chat, customer record portal, on site email facility and direct email from my own account clarifying this when I didn't receive an answer, I then made a paypal dispute because I was being ignored and 20 dollars isn't the biggest amount in the world but I live on a disability benefit only.

They told Paypal a lie if what I read from Paypal is correct, stating that as far as they were concerned, they had sent the goods and provided Paypal with a tracking number inferring that I was mad perhaps and trying to claim non delivery of goods when they had been sent, they did NOT tell Paypal that the goods had been returned immediately of which I have proof of.

I have had prior to this many successful orders, my Kmax, KFL and Nemesis came from there, I was happy with the service up to the point where inexplicably they decided to keep the money.

PayPalNow to top it all I cannot log into my account with Vaporbreak, so how do I resolve this?

I have attached the internal order one sided communication for perusal, now people might say "hey its 20 dollars" but consider if they can do it over 20 dollars, why not a 100, 200, when a company is not being honest as they have been by not admitting to Paypal that the items were actually returned to them immediately from dispatch so they keep the items to sell to someone else, keep the money and am I the only one???
