Well I got my SS Vamo from vaporbreak today. Took 20 days from order date, not too bad. Looks great cosmetically no problems, works great also. Here's the catch, in either mode I can only vape in volts. When I switch to no2, rms2, it still shows volts not watts. Ok, is this a problem, maybe, I have no problem using the device between 3.7 -4.2 volts. I paid for vv/vw I did not get that. I was going to order a couple more at this price ($29.99). So I'm pretty sure they will do nothing about it, don't know, we'll see as they are hard to get a hold of on their live chat, only way I know of to contact. I'll keep you informed.

Are you sure you are switching from volts to watts correctly? You have to hold down both buttons (+ and -) for a few seconds to do so... As for RMS mode once you see N02 on the screen you should just leave it there. Maybe your Vamo has other issues but just wanted to check if you missed the obvious.
Thanks chimney, actually that worked pressing both buttons. I didn't know that and had never seen it posted before. I have the original Vamo and when I got it I just switched to no2 and it was in watt mode back to no1 volt mode. Now in either mode after the two button press it is in watts not volts in either mode. I'm good with that. Hope you helped others with this also. So Vaporbreak is a great deal if you have the time to wait.
Glad you got it figured out, I'm still waiting for mine and I'm sure I'll be headed back to this thread, just in case, when it arrives. 
No problem, maybe you should check out the sticky at the top of this forum. Someone created a manual for the Vamo that you can download and read. It's really short and wont take long to read but it might contain some useful info for you.
Thanks, I read the thread. Just ordered another Vamo from Vaporbreak, the chrome one for $31 shipped, you can't beat that if you can wait.
Same thing happened with me. kiwivap fixed me up. I even got a direction sheet & it said hold button for ten sec. Nothing about holding 'both' @ same time. I got one Vamo from Vaporbreak in 9 days for $33 for the kit. The batts & charger are working great. The charger stops @ 4.9(my one doesn't workLOL)& I get bout 4 hrs on the batts after about 40 charges. Yours took longer cause of china new yr. I ordered a bunch from vaporbreak & everything was perfect. Some reported problems but my exp was positive. Don't know if you registered,but if so you get a nice discount. Will shop there again.
Thanks budynbuick, actually ordered before chineese new year Jan 22. I hope you mean your charger stops at 3.9 not 4.9. I ordered some vivi novas from them about 5-6 days after my original order and got them today, vaping one right now excellent! They certainly seem legit and I will order from them again (as I have already done), cut out the middleman for the Vamo, although I order from vaporbeast and madvapes, mt.baker vapor all the time for certain things one should consider Vaporbreak if they want a good deal on the Vamo and other devices.
Hope the ones you guys get last longer than mine. I may have to check and see if the version 2 is any better. Hopefully that's what you guys will be getting.
Yes, I got the version 2 SS from Vaporbreak. I have a version 1 chrome that I got from vaporbeast $49.99 my first Vamo, had it about 3 weeks or so and it works great, no problems. The way I look at it as I was paying about $45 for a carton of analogs, lasted me 10 days or so. So if my Vamos last me 30 days I'm happy and will buy another. So $135 a month for the analogs, I can get a couple Vamos, some juice and some vivis, for that with money left over, just saying.
I am hoping I get mine soon, I know I said I'd patiently wait, but excited to get it. Mine shipped 1/30, at what point do I start worrying when it will get here? Give it another week before I try to email them? Yes, it's by china post.
