Just made reservations to go. Unfortunately the main hotel is full. The alternate is the Comfort Inn about 3 miles away. They are honoring the published rate per night. Really excited to be going and checking this out.

I am lucky enough that I can drive up for the day. I only live 1 1/2 hours away. I will be making a day trip on that Saturday. I am so excited.

October 12th and 13th, a Friday and Saturday night.
Rooms at the Comfort Inn (overflow hotel) are $59/night with code "VaperCon". Very excited about this event ourselves, it looks like its gonna be nuts (in a good way).

I'm already there! 3 weeks and I can't wait. Funny thing is October 12th is acctually my 1 year vapiversary to the day! I can't ask for a better way to celebrate. And the fact that I live in Richmond makes it great for me.
Saweet!!!! Congratulations on the anniversary. Ill be up there, hopefully with my brother in-law. Its only a 30 ride for me to get there. Live in Hopewell.

I am pretty sure 2 if you look on the vapercon site just below the first post there will be a link that I think says room hours. Took me forever to find it not sure why they kind of hid it.
I've been using my phone the whole time to look at it all. The venue is from 2pm to 2 am.
