Lots and lots of softball this weekend and I still have another day to go! Grrrr! My daughter and I are both very athletic, always playing some sport, and the beginning of April means I will have no life for the next 3 months other than traveling back and forth from her game, to my game, her practice, to my practice. Oh and working.... Can't forget that!! However she pitched today and did awesome! Her knee was bothering her a little though oh and my newly pregnant friend came over this evening and I gave her some of my liquid to get started and an evod tank, she had just got a little funky battery, said Titan on it?, it was a 510/ego though and a charger but... she didn't get juice or a tank...: confused: so I tried my best to "hook" her up-ish going to bed now! Night!

Some of the contests I don't even bother to enter because I know I don't have a chance of beating the people that spend all day & night posting.

I second this. There are a small hand full of people that spend all day spamming the unlimited entry contests. IT isn't worth the time if there in no concrete criteria for the selections.

I plan on leaving this thread open until the next contest around the beginning of next month. Thinking about running a month long contest with sporadic winners that will be announced through out the month with a final prize or prizes at the end of the month. Part of the rules will be having a time limit to claim your prize. Only those who are engage will benefit. I think some people and I may be wrong. Enter and don't bother to check the thread until they get a message that they won. There is will not prevent anyone one from wining their prize but at least I feel they should drop in at the end to check to see if they won.
what do you guys think?
Also let me know your thoughts of any cool fun contest ideas for next month.

I agree, that if people are going to enter contests, they should at least take part in the thread, not just enter and forget it!

I like the idea of a month long contest. I also like the contests were each person asks a question, and gives an answer, but I think I liked this one, because we all got to know each other, and could chit chat a bit.

I'd like gift certificates for prizes, even if they aren't very big, that way, we can apply them to things we need. You would benefit because you would sell things rather than just mailing out free stuff!

It's only fair and really, it is starting to look like fixes since the same folks are winning different contests alot. That gives us one post a day or less a chance. just a suggestion for what alot are thinking is a becoming a serious problem.

Yes I agree..I'm thinking about maybe even doing 1 entry per person to make it really fair...the problem is ECF grades venders on interaction and number of post..also when people are posting often it keeps the contest page on the fist page so it's more visible to people..thinking may I can do the one entry multiple winners choosing one every 10 days...then giving away random gifts to those who are supporting others in various ways..or just pif those in need...or I could announce random winners giving a time Limit to respond.. Not sure just brain storming bit I do believe in equal opportunity and some people have busy schedules and I want to consider this people and give them a fair chance

Ya gotta enter to win and sorry you feel they are rigged. As far as I have seen, all the contests have been fair and above board or they would have been removed from ecf. Many are one or two posts a day and some are one post per person for the entire contest. I haven't hear of anyone else thinking there is a problem. I just won this one on the last go round not because I actually won but because of a generous soul that PIF'd to me and am no spring chicken but if my post comes up again, they will either redraw or take the post after mine. On this contest, the number of prizes is determined by the number of posts and for that reason, everyone posting and getting the post count up means more prizes and more opportunities for people to win.

just read your post mike... you only put our name in your jar once didn't you no matter how much we talked?
