I figured that out AFTER I bought the Vice starter kit. I probably won't use them since I found a local shop.
Even better than the local shops are some of the major online retailers. Just a few:

www.myvaporstore.com
www.directvapor.com
www.vaporauthority.com

There are many others, and everybody has their favorites, but these are the big 3 for me. Local stores usually sell hardware at a fairly heavily marked up price compared to what you pay online (other than VaporFi).

It just varies person to person. Back before all the high wattage stuff we'd say 24mg for a high volume smoker, 12mg for a PAD smoker. But I've seen 3 PAD smokers get along fine with 12 and single PAD smokers need 24? I use 36mg on everything I own, low and high watt, but I'm certainly not the norm. Most seem to think in a sub ohm vape 6mg is a good place to start.
I'd suggest you first find a juice you like, then get some small bottles made up in different strengths to see where your body wants to be. Then try that for a while, and ween down as you need to.

One of the many things that confuse me is the nicotine levels. I can't seem to figure out what is right for me.
A "general guideline" for nicotine concentration in e-liquid to the number of cigarettes smoked per day. If you are subohming (resistance under 1.0Ω) cut these nicotine levels by at least 50%.

06 mg = 10 cigarettes or less
12 mg = 20 cigarettes
18 mg = 30 cigarettes
24 mg = 40 cigarettes
but I really don't know how to use it.
Check youtube reviews on how to use your mod.
