Vaporflask vs. Clone

Hello,
I have been seriously thinking about getting a Vaporflask. I Have the Vapor Shark dna 40, and love it. I also have an Invader Mini. But that mod is primarily for when I go out hiking or when I think I'll be caught in the rain somewhere.

As such, I have been considering a new mod. I know my Vapor Shark is just fine, but I like the look and design of the flask. I can't afford the new V2.1, but I did see that their website is selling an older model for $189. The problem is that I know very little about this mod. I have seen a V3 being sold for $99, but that sight did not mention if it was a clone. And Vapor Shark does not mention what version the one they are discounting is.

I do buy clones of rda's and RTA's. And I know that my Invader Mini is a clone dna 40 chip, but I tend to want to stay away from clone mods. Has anyone had experience with clone Vaporflasks? Is there a chip that is still good quality? And what version is Vaporshark selling for cheaper?

I use this one as my primary mod. Liked it so much, I bought a second one just in case. A few have reported minor problems, but I have never experienced them. As a plus, it's only 65 bucks.

Some have posted they like the Kangxin version, as well as the SXK brand, but I prefer the connector on the Waidea since it's stainless steel and not brass or copper. It is a fixed pin, but if your tank has adjustable center pin, it's no problem.

I have heard that many people like the Kangxin version. Haven't heard too much about this one, and I didn't even know SXK made one. I haven't come across that model yet, so I assume it's rarer.

What kind of problems have you heard about the Kangxin on?

I bought a Kangxin one night when I saw them on sale for $37. It does work, but its a little goofy. It would benefit from a 510 change. Resistance seems to move around a little more than I would like even on a kanthal build. That may also be due to the 510 though, I'm not sure. At any rate, for the price I paid, its fine. Most people think the Waidea is better.

On another note, since I use the Waidea.........I exclusively use the USB port charger. Every night I place it on a USB wall wart for charging, and it is ready for use the next morning. Never have removed the batteries for charging yet, and it's been a couple months now.

I'm always a little skeptical about charging batteries in a mod overnight. I'm sure it's fine, but I don't want to overcharge them, or have them heat up and leak in a mod. Does the Waidea port charge as quickly as the authentic?
