vaporgirl major order entry and rebilling snafu happening now.

I have no idea whats going on, but every order that I've placed with her is now being rebilled over and over. I'm sure it's a computor glitch, but luckily I erased my CC info from her site after the first two rebills. It's now on the 2nd cycle of rebilling my past orders.

If you've ordered from here and left your CC info stored on her site (a default option I didn't know about) You might want to check your email and your account with her.

Maybe it's just my account?

Edit: Approx. 1.5 hours after I notified them, I recieved an email that they were working on it and all charges would be voided. That's a resonable response in my opinion. I'm sure they will correct the problem, it was a computer glitch.

this happened to me too, luckily i didn't have the funds in my account xD

I am also having trouble buying juice from the vapor girl and can't get my order through even when calling during regular business orders.

Basically I'm getting a little ...... and recommend that everyone DELETE their credit card info from her website in case something like this happens again >.>

First time/last time customer here. I too have been hit with a $300 order double billing. I never save my cc info anywhere - her site does it for you with no warning. The money came out of my account this morning, but the refund has not hit (after her guaranteeing we would not have to pay). Wonder if she is going to cover nsf charges her playing on a live server causes?? And her auto-response help tickets say they are sorry, they can't respond to every ticket, but we can check out a blog for the latest information. She may not have enough customers left after this to worry about enabling 'subscription orders' on her site- which supposedly is what caused this. I don't care how cool her stuff is, I can't go without gas and groceries (which sadly, is what I am going to have to do now) because she is playing on her live site.

I am so glad this site is here - I needed to vent so bad about this!!

My charges were canceled as of yesterday. But I think I may have been the first to complain. There's no telling how many orders she has to cancel. You can be sure her computer could bill them faster than she can delete them. If you haven't already submitted a help ticket, I'd do that, just to make sure she doesn't over look it.

I know her system tried to rebill any order I had placed with her twice. So every order she recieved from the end of Jan through most of Feb. was potentially rebilled twice. That's alot of cleaning up to do.

You can also dispute any charges with your cc company, they should credit your account for the disputed charges until an investigation is complete. At least that's how my cc company deals with it.

How far did these go back. I haven't noticed any charges and only have had two purchases from them. Keeping an eye on my bank account for now.

I'm pretty sure it was only recent purchases.
Because I looked at mine and they were all for like juices I'd placed in the past 2 months

Luckily I won't have any nsf charges. I caught it in time. Just no money left in my account. I just checked my bank and still nothing. No email replies or phone call back from her either. It really makes me sad - I planned that purchase for about a week and a half - waiting on a bonus at work (which is the ONLY reason there won't be any nsf's and why I ordered $300 worth of stuff) and ordered it at like 4 am Friday morning after my deposit hit at midnight. Oh, and she didn't ship it until Tuesday. So I got to be happy I finally got a tracking number for maybe 2 hours - then boom - duplicate order, and the nightmare really began. If I ever even entertain the thought of ordering from her again it will be with a disposable, pre-paid card! I really, really wanted her to be my new vendor, too. Love her stuff, but all of this really takes all the excitement out of the package I have waiting on me at home.
