Hey guys! Back again! So this is really important to me and its something i need to know rather quickly as i just pulled the trigger on one of each of these devices considering the price points!!! I purchased the VRsx for 85$ and the VR dna40 for 65$! I did it assuming i got lucky that there were units in stock and did no foot work before hand.. After submitting my order i started nosing around the interweb and i quickly realized there there are NO reviews!! Why? Were these devices huge flops? Are they junk? Did they manage to fly under the radar? Considering the sx version has a 350j chip and ia firmware upgradable (basically an sx mini m class) it doesnt make sense that they are 85$.. Also a ergonomic, great looking dna40 for 65$?? How can this be? Someone please fill me in on this.. Lets talk about it because luckily i ordered on a sunday so if i need to cancel my order i have plenty of time. As always, all feedback is greatly appreciated!

You can buy a DNA 40 board in quantities of 10 direct from Evolv Vapor for 50 bucks a copy. You can buy an SX 350 chip solo for 60 bucks (same price as as the DNA 40 in singles). Those prices are good, but not spectacular. I have an SX Mini with the SX 350 chip, it's a super piece of gear. Upgrading it is problematic as I have never found the required control software in a year of looking. The DNA 40 chip had some power management glitches. I know a guy who returned 3 of them, never got a good one, and eventually rebuilt the mod for an SX chip. They may or may not have fixed it, I don't know. I do know there are a he11uva lot of DNA 40 mods out there, so they can't all be bad. I have no idea why there are no reviews on that particular machine. Perhaps because it is privately branded. Unfortunately, I don't know anything more about them.

You have good points. While at the same time i own several dna devices. Reuleaux dna200, VaporShark dna40, panzer dna200 and have my eye on several others. Out of the ones i own i have absolutely no problems at all. Great, super accurate chips. I have also been looking at the sx mini ml class dor a while now but figured, why spend the 150-200$ when the q class will be dropping soon? But when i came across this VRsx, ergonomic, sleek, beautiful, sx350j chip and 85$!! How can i pass it up? If nothing else it will be a good gauge for me to decide whether or not i will personally be spending the 200$+ on the sx q class. Will also help me get familiar with the yihi chip sets. I guess what im looking for in this thread is possibly people who may own one or both of these devices. I just want to make sure i didnt throw away 85$

Well, I can't help you there. I don't have either, and I don't know anybody who does. So long as they work, I wouldn't consider it "thrown away," and if they don't work you should be able to return them. You may not like them but, judging by the price tag, if they work at all you'll be hard pressed to complain you didn't get your money's worth.

I found this same deals months back! was thinking same as you, 85 for an SX J device was a steal.
I started to snoop around and found lots of negative reviews on social media for Vaporider :(
So I decided not to buy from them :(
On a positive note the SX J chip is fine :) IMO not quite as good as a DNA200 But still worth buying :)

They were about the company :( like I said the SX J chip is good :)
I found an SX Mini in Canada for 169.99 CND = 128.08 USD I'm in Canada and shipping was only 5 bucks so It was a no brainer for me :) Here's the link they don't have many left as you would expect at that price :)
