I don't mind the heat so bad, it's the humidity! And also, most of our summer has been mostly 95f... it's getting a little old now!

I've done a lot of experimenting on the
Glow In The Dark Coating
So, Now, You can Add GITD or Clear Coatings
To Any Custom Saber Touch!
We Now Stock the GITD and Clear Coating As An Option!
You can choose any powder coating color that needs a Top Coat now just by adding the Top Coat or Glow In The Dark Option.
This will give you a lot more colors to choose from!
I can't Wait to see the Custom Saber Touch mods you all come up with!

From start to finish, you will see how The Saber Touch is totally manufactured by hand in my shop! Who knows... your color might be used as an example!

Does that open my options on the pinks now? I can't find any..they are either neon or flourescent...I want a breast cancer pink...or a glitter
Yep! If it says that it requires a top coat, you won't have to order that from the powder company in addition to the color you want. I'm now stocking clear top coating, just add that when you order your ST. Or, you can even do the top coating with the GITD added... there is that option too on our site. That way, you get the color you want without having to order another whole pound of top coating... just select that when you order your Custom Saber Touch!Does that open my options on the pinks now? Just remember, the GITD does work better on lighter colors... but the Blue I have it on works pretty well, just don't go darker than that!

This is the Birth of a Saber Touch.
Some people think that the ST is just parts you can get on a shelf at Home Depot. Trust me... it's not! I have spent 100's of hours milling the bodies of the Saber Touch!
We order our 6061 Stock cut to size for easier shipping. We order 500 pcs at a time.
The first thing we do is Mill the Ends.
Next, we Mill the body to accept the Sensor.
Next comes the Counter Bore to accept the Senor to exact measurements.
Next comes milling 2mm Vent Holes
Then we clean up the Vent with a Decorative Flare
We file down the insides so it won't damage the batteries or circuitry
We clean up the end edges for a smooth finish
Then comes lathe work. Finishing the ends
Then comes the Body Preparation. We prepare the body with 3 grits of paper to sand down any defects in the stock.
Then off to a very strong bath to remove grease and debris. Then, it is off to either powder coating, or back on the lathe for a very intensive polishing process.
But That's Part 2!

Good Morning all! Well, we're out for the hottest day yet. It is going to be 105f and feel like 110-115f! So, if you don't hear from me, I'm melting somewhere in Maryland! LOL
Good afternoon. I think it's gonna be a hot one in Michigan too. It just rained yesterday so I figure today would be extra humid.
Youthful.... it's now 104f reg temp here! I don't remember a summer this hot all the time.
We got a lite rain out here in the lower part of Michigan today so it's super muggy. I can only imagine how it is in MD with all that salt water. You must feel like your sweat is sweating.
My eyes are burning from the sweat dripping in them when I go out.
Ok it's official the first ever Youthful's 1up light Saber!!! Just placed the order. It's a Saber touch 5v with a custom black/gold glimmer paint job with glow in the dark top coat (the light part of the saber). Here's the color: Powder Buy The Pound I can't wait for it to come in. I'll post pics as soon as I get it.
