Question- does the c8 have a break in period? I'm getting burnt taste from it this morning

Well, today is going to be rough. The atty in my eGo-C cone went out on the drive in. And I can't find the spare atty that is usually in my bag. Thankfully I am only about 20m from home. So I'll have to zip there on my break. But I have food at home, so I guess that is a good thing.

Hah, I actually did a Jurassic park marathon about a month ago with some friends. We were talking about something with them and decided it had been too long since we've seen them!

Question- does the c8 have a break in period? I'm getting burnt taste from it this morning

Was doing some digging and trying to see if there was a solution to the burnt taste. Not a lot of info out there on it, but some were saying it's not a great device for chain aggressive vaping. If you take it easy on them, it'll give it time to wick. Also, not sure if you're using a VV device with it, but dial it to around 4 to 4.2 volts which can help.

I had problems with C8 and dry hits so I cleaned it out let it dry overnight and seems to work fine now

Thanks guys! I do tend to chain vape. All I had to do on my vivi was to trim the rubber seal covering wicks, works great now! Wish I could get to the wicks to see if I could trim the seal.

Funny you mention that, while I was trying to find info on the burnt taste I found this video, detailing how to take it apart to get to the wicks! 3:28 into the video is where he begins to pull it apart.

Oh and my twist is all the way down to 3.2 gives least amount of burnt flavor, mmmm burnt blueberry waffles fir breakfast! Lol if there was any flavor that could still be yummy burnt it's waffles!

You're very welcome! Gives some tips on getting air out, and ensuring it's getting enough liquid. Pretty informative but a little slow and drawn out. Good info nonetheless.
