I seldom use cartos now but when I did I would top off once or twice a day after the initial fill. The tanks and punching of the tanks never appealed to me. I try to go low maintenance as much as possible but I still find myself modding.

For me the Cartos are easy and I don't run into many problems. I've tried clearos but for some reason I always burn them out right away or they leak.

Trust me I understand. Unfortunately, I don't pay myself enough to even afford insurance. Every time I go to the doctor or take K in it comes out of pocket.

Not gonna *like* this. Thankfully the Post Office offers really good medical insurance but their eye and dental is horriable. We can go into a program and take out extra insurance for eyes and teeth but it costs more then the medical each month.
