These look great! Can't wait to try them!
Ok I didn't mention this earlier as I wasn't sure if I could.

Wolf was kind enough to send one of his new clearo samples to let me try. It's called an E1-V, basically a new version of the 2ml Excalibur clearos he already offers. These -->

Essentially it's the same design with slight revisions that you can really notice. The base-plates inside the tank are higher up and are covered with a better streamlined design to hide the threading/glue that you noticed before. They are just slightly shorter than the old version as you can see here (The clear one is the new E1-V full of Artic Chill )-->

These things look great, vape extremely well, and are fully rebuild-able. I don't know if these are the same 2ml size or perhaps 1.8 but they produce great vapor and throat hit and appear to wick very well. I've yet to have a dry taste yet. I've been rocking it on my twist all day and loving it. From 3.6-4.2v swapping throughout the day to test it but I found a good sweet spot at around 4.2v which I thought may be high until Wolf told me they can be used at higher voltage.

All in all, I really dig these and think all of you will as well. I'm not sure when he will get them in but I'm looking forward to it. They just have a great fit and finish to them and very efficient vaping. I think you guys will enjoy them so be on the look out on his site!

I've actually noticed it a bit in some of the 1.6ml "stardust" style clearos I had. The flavor wasn't the same compared to the CE2 and these Excals (the 2ml versions) I've not noticed any muting in these yet and like you I do love th CE2. I was using the old startdusts and swapping to that new CE2 was like whoa! Lol, but you like what you like, I can't say all will be perfect but I can help with my opinion and honestly say this new E1-V tastes great!

I still feel like flavor gets muted in clearos idk I like cartos even though I hate filling them and I do like the CE2's

I only use clearos, but I haven't tried the CE2's. I was going to with the order I just placed with Wolf today, but he is sold out...

Maybe next time!

I personally wouldn't go over 3.8v, 4v max. You risk burning them out after that.
Hello all :). Question Time :). As most of you know, I purchased my very first Ego product very early this morning, The Twist. I use LR Boge Cartos. What's the highest I can vape too?

Opt, you are very right, that's the party line. But I vape 5v on my 2.0's all the time and as long as they remain wet, have no problems. Splinter, work your way up to the taste and heat level that is comfortable for YOU! Just never let them get dry at a high V. JMHO!

I bet Wolf has their prices beat ;)

By a LONG shot this one is so high prices I can't believe it. That's why I got some tobacco's from him today as that's the only thing I get from there any more. Plus he's got their CS beat by a mile or more. When you check out an atty and it don't work right but still gonna sell it to the customer that sinks to a whole new level.

Ok thank you. The one or two flavors I vape all the time I keep in a carto tank so keeping them wet shouldn't be a problem :)
