I think it is BECAUSE it was a steeple for our parents growing up. We were regaled with stories about how they had to address their elders with respect and call there moms and grandmas Ma'am. Young women tend to associate it with grandmothers. I think our revulsion to the word is a form of rebellion...

Lol.. Yes Princess..

Why do women take offense to being called ma'am and look at it as a sign of being old? No offense Pri, just it doesn't correlate to age at all! It's good manners, respect, and well.. the military in me is used to it.

You'd be surprised how many ladies don't like ma'am this day in age but was a steeple for our parents growing up ya know?

She can't give away anything that would lead us to believe she's a corrupt fairy! She's made of rainbows and unicorn tears(of joy). She laughs rays of sunshine and tickles moonbeams out of ya.. Pri is a Lady, and a Princess! Infallible!

This post reminded me the other day when KK mentioned butterfly farts. Now I had never heard of this phrase nor thought of it but just now decided to look it up. Well I'll be damned. There's band named Butterfly farts, a comedian skit on it and this bumper sticker along with many other things....
