I really hope that whole Excal battery thing was a one time deal....I LOVE MINE!!!! and would be very sad if it came apart on me

NO NO NO!!! I don't think it was a flaw in the Excalibur battery!!! I was really hard to push it back together.
I think it was more of a snapping thing from when he sat down, it was probably in his pocket......well just in the wrong position.
Don't carry any PV's in your front pants pocket.
