The Munsters only ran for 2 seasons 1964-1966. I really thought it had gone longer and it was one of my favorites along with the other TV shows I have posted.

September 25, 1978. A private cessna airplane collided with PSA Flight 182, killing a total of 144 people (7 on the ground) when the two planes crashed into a San Diego neighborhood. On that day, I was attending a school that was close enough to hear a loud boom and see smoke rising in the distance. It was the deadliest aircraft disaster in the state of California--and, for eight weeks, the country.
I have a set that looks similar that were made in the 60's for my mom and dad by a man named Shy Hickman. There is a man's and a ladie's bow. They still work great but have to have the strings custom made and haven't found anyone local that can.
In the 1960's the post office started using zip codes. Mr Zip was the logo.
My grandmother was the postmaster in Sturbridge, Ma. I sure wish we knew what she did with the big plywood Mr Zip when they took him out of the PO, he might be worth money now!
