This was on the very first episode of SNL (October 11, 1975) and I almost PMSL when I saw it...
Andy Kaufman was a comedic genius, who was taken from us much too soon!!

I have a set that looks similar that were made in the 60's for my mom and dad by a man named Shy Hickman. There is a man's and a ladie's bow. They still work great but have to have the strings custom made and haven't found anyone local that can.

I get my bowstrings all custom made from a great guy who deals on eBay (only $8.75 shipped per string), feel free to PM me for his info if you're interested

Surprised that no one has mentioned that 1966 was the year that Star Trek first arrived on television. While there were many great episodes, this one was the episode that caught my eye as a wee lad.

Anyone else see Emerson and his flying piano?
They put on the most dramatic concert of the decade (I can remember thinking at the time).
I saw them a few years ago, in a stadium and I think there were barely 100 people there. Kinda weird.
This is a great clip (even without the piano bit).
