I have started using mine again. It has been years but now the guys have decided they like kahlua pork and doing it in the crock pot is so much easier and always turns out great. With the parents here and all the running I have to do for them, I can just turn it on and forget about it.

Kahlua Pork? Never thought of that..! Might have to give it a try sometime.

Tis really easy. Pork lump :) about 3 Tablespoons of Liquid Smoke and 2 Tablespoons of salt on it. After 3 or 4 hours on high, turn it over and cook until it will shred easily. Take meat out of the juice, shred and return to the pot and cook maybe another 45 min or so. I cook some shredded cabbage on the stove in a little seasoned water, drain and add to the pot with the pork for the last bit of cooking time. I crowd the bottom of the pot full and would say 4-6 lbs of pork is what I do. Or after pulled, you can put BBQ sauce on it and there ya go

Another movie based on a book by S.E. Hinton... Rumble Fish (book -1975, movie - 1983)
For the longest time I didn't realize that not only was the author a girl, but she was only 15/16 when she wrote The Outsiders!!

Both of the movies were directed by Francis Ford Coppola, with the screenplays also co-written by the author.
The thing I loved about Rumble Fish (besides starring a young Mickey Rourke) was that although the movie was in B+W, the fish were colorized... :)
