My pain is not in my back although I do have slight back pain from time to time, the pain I have is from the sciatic nerve.
It's more of a pain in the but that runs down my leg.

The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in the body, formed by nerve roots coming out of the spinal cord in the lower back. The nerve goes down through the buttock, then its branches extend down the back of the leg to the ankle and foot.

I really need to remember to try my Strawberry Kiwi. But I'm out of empty CE3s. Might need to order some more on payday. Or just figure out what flavors I haven't been using as much, and rinse those out.

Sigh. I just put my tongue ring back in, it's been out for a few months. I've had it for about 6 years but always on and off. I put in a barbell thats a little too small, and its kinda tight, but I'm hoping it works out alright. Thinking about buying some bigger ones on amazon..

oO. I've never heard of one closing up so quickly. I've left mine out for months at a time. Sometimes it takes a little shove but it always goes back in fine.

I wish I had gotten one before I started at Disney. It's really hard to get a piercing like that now, since I can't have it "on stage" and the healing time involved. Ah well.

I know all about back pains. In fact I woke up this morning with some nice spasms in my back to the point I called out from work. I think at least today it was mostly from not getting a good night's sleep with the alarm going off at 5am. Will try and get to bed a little earlier tonight, since I am due in again tomorrow at 7am.

Gotta get motivated here in a bit and go yell at Wendy's of course.

Morning all! Hawkeye you could always do it on vacation although that's not really fun sounding either LOL. It swells for a week or so, hard to eat for a couple days, not the most fun piercing to get. But plenty of fun after LOL

My only real long vacation coming up is my cruise in December. 2 weeks away from work ... but ... so much good food, I don't want to end up not being able to eat all the goodness.

When I got mine done, I scheduled a day or two off before and after my regular weekend. That gave me enough healing time that I could talk mostly normal by the time I got back to work.
