And what resistance cartos can I safely use with them (without shortening the life of the carto)?

As far as resistance, not sure, I just use the Super Excal cartos on mine.

From top to bottom the 900mah is 3 inches long. That should give you an idea about the other. I don't have those so I can't measure.

Width at it's widest point is just under an inch.

You can safely use cartos with resistance between 1.6 to 3.0 ohms... battery size is around Battery size: 70.5mm(L)&20.5mm (D)

I think its safe to say the 1100mah is 4 1/2 inches, it looks about an inch taller then the 900mah in the pic.

I can't help w/ the lengths, but they are 3.7v batts, so ~1.7Ω up to ~2.8Ω on the cartos. The lower the resistance, the shorter the lifespan (in my experience).

Had me baffled. I was getting 3 inches but that was with my carto on it. Was a head scratcher until I took the carto off.
