Vapors Cough/Major Leakage!

I have a really itchy throat and cough I think its due to the random e-juice that I was force to buy at my local smoke shop because online stores take forever and 3 days to ship thier juice! GRRR! but it could also be the atty nasty burnt smell? I had to throw one atty away because I could not get rid of the burnt smell no matter what I did! Hoping my last atty lasts till next payday. I'm using a joye 510 btw.

Also another major issue I have with the 510 is how it freakin leaks constantly where the 4 little wedges are between the battery and the atty! Pisses me off so much! I have to carry paper towels everywhere now! They say to put two drops on top of the atty for optimal flavor and performance but man its just a pain! Also my PTB mods sometimes leak juice out the hole and into my mouth.

Just been pain overall I'm hoping some quality e-juice from mist-stix and RMV will change all that, I was noob enough to forget to buy e-juice with my 510 and was force to use the nasty Marlboro carts and then had to resort to buying 3 unknown quality 20ml pg juice for $18 a pop at Smokeys smoke shop and they weren't even that great! bleh -_-

anyways kinda an epic fail so far but I still have hope that next week will be better with sweet juice and properly working attys!

Not all attys are created equal! Which ones are known for their seal proof anti leakage? For the 510s.

edit: I feel like im inhaling fiberglass with this e-juice! I dunno if its the juice or the atty! ;(

the leakage results in a flodded atty , blow it out from the battery side and reprime

edit: how many drops should i put in the atty? i usually put 2 right on top of the bridge but sometimes it drips on to the side and thats when it starts leaking, also think my ptb mod might be at fault as well as if i put too much juice in it, it will leak into the atty.

i just put some pg into this ecopure vg bottle and it taste great and its smooth! I guess your suppose to mix pg with vg eh?

Just for experimental purposes, drop the PTB and go with the oem filler and try the straw mod:

I mix ecopure Rich with PG all the time. No problem there and it might even help the leakage problem because the vg is more viscous. Johnson creek juice is notoriously thin, in case you're using that. Also take a qtip to the threads on both the batt and atty and of course make sure you tighten the atty on to the batt but not too tight. Even if you're only putting 2 drops on the atty bridge but are overfilling the cart or the juice is leaking out of the PTB (I had that problem with my first PTB mod), then it's like you're dripping 6 drops on that atty and it will leak. And that goes for any model not just the 510.

It may be because the juice is on the thin/watery side. I would try not dripping on the atty to see if that improves the problem. If your atty doesn't get warm when you hold down the button for 5 sec., it's flooded, you should at least hear some sounds as the liquid is vaporized if there's too much in there. I've used nhaler and cignot both and the orders were shipped out within hours of my order and here in 2-3 days.

edit: btw my scratch throat cough is gone after mixing ecopure vg with pg! Awesomeness!
